very bad! There is only croissant for breakfast, which is the same every day. The room is surprisingly small, and the attitude of the front desk is extremely bad. They ignore you. There is no mineral water in the key room. You have to go to the front desk to ask for it every time. It's really stupid! There is not even a movable shower in the rain room! Why is this kind of hotel not closed yet!

I recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in the Tribeca area of NYC and had a nice experience. The hotel was clean, and although the rooms were small, they were designed efficiently to maximize comfort and functionality. The service was very good, with a special mention to Chris at the front desk. He was exceptionally friendly, greeted us with genuine warmth, and was always ready to help. Chris truly made our stay memorable. Additionally, the Serafina Rooftop bar was delightful. It offered a great ambiance and a lovely place to unwind. Overall, this boutique hotel in Tribeca is a fantastic choice for a cozy and pleasant stay in the city.

The front desk was a wonder to talk to. They were so nice and informative, especially Chris and Victor. It was such a comfort to know that I was in such good hands. The room was small but very clean and stylish. I would definitely come back! I cannot wait for my next visit at the Frederick hotel.

excellent front of house staff at reception. Knowledgable and friendly. well placed for Manhattan and the One World Centre and the Hudson. Good breakfast and plenty of it but coffee could be stronger and a wider range of breads would be preferred.

The Frederick is a clean hotel in a great location! The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a nice plus and having a bar and restaurant on premises was helpful. It was convenient to have a parking garage right around the corner! We will be back!

It was my daughter’s wedding so it started off fantastic! However, the Frederick Hotel put the finishing touches on the entire day! The lobby is welcoming, yet very savvy and cool. The lounge had fantastic drinks, and the staff could not have been more accommodating! Our room was absolutely gorgeous and ridiculously clean from the minute we arrived. Everyone working in the hotel could not have been more friendly, welcoming, and doing everything that they could to make our stay more enjoyable, especially Ariel! You don’t always get that Service in New York, lol. It has quickly become my favorite spot and we will be back soon!
