Worthy of being a veteran five-star hotel. In a place like New York, the room is really big and should be renovated. The room is intelligently controlled by Ipad. Compared to No Mad Hotel where I stayed for the first night, it was much better. BTW, Welcome chocolate is very delicious

From arrival to departure everyone we encountered was terrific. The service in the bar and restaurant is amazing with attention to every detail. A beautiful respite in the middle of the theater district. And the food is amazing!

First, we had to search for our transportation car upon arrival.  Driver stayed in the car while we searched for him.  Second, hotel has plumbing issues. Water backs up in tub while taken shower.  If you leave the hot water running longer than 2 minutes, you start hearing a loud annoying noise.  Hotel and transportation not accommodating if you need to make changes.  Too many issues for the cost of stay!!!
