We always enjoy our stay here. The Executive suite is spacious and it’s great having a kitchen with full size fridge. The staff is outstanding. They are very helpful and welcoming. We really appreciate that they recognize us from prior stays.

Its to outdated! Old and not good service

Environment: Although the hotel is old, it is clean and well located. Central Park is downstairs. Service: The waiters are very friendly and enthusiastic. They feel that they are very active at work and will take the initiative to greet us. They also gave us a bottle of Trump champagne, which is very delicious. Facilities: There is a gym and swimming pool downstairs, which is very good. There are few people. The Michelin Jean Georges is next to the first floor. The hotel front desk can help with reservations.

Reasonable layout, but the bathroom is a bit small

Booked two rooms, the middle one can be opened mainly because I don't want to sleep on the sofa bed, but the sofa is OK. There is free water, the microwave is gas-powered. The view is OK, but it's a bit noisy because of construction on the road next to it.

Since I had to go to the airport to return home the next morning, and the presidential election was in full swing, I thought I should stay at a Trump hotel during my trip to New York. I chose the Central Park View Suite, but I was given the 5th floor, where I could see a few trees facing the road in Central Park. Recently, when I stayed in hotels in the United States, I really felt that they deliberately made trouble when they saw that the room was booked by Chinese people. I thought I would not bother with them since I was only staying for one night. But the indifferent service and outdated facilities really did not justify the $1,000 room fee.

The hotel is old, the facilities are a bit old, and the air conditioner is noisy. But the view and location are invincible! The service of the hotel is also very good. I will choose Trump Hotel next time!
