We enjoyed every moment at Trumps International New York. Great view from our room. Big kitchen that we can even make a full cooking (but obviously not)
The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was superb. All the staff welcomed us with great service mind attitude including the cleaning lady.
We hope to stay with you again. Highly recommend this hotel near Central Park, NY. Thanks a lot.

Very bad experience. No one helped with the luggage, and I couldn't spend the tip I prepared. The worst thing is that the cleaning staff actually lost my white pajamas. There were two clean pillowcases on the sofa 😂 I guess the cleaning staff got it mixed up. They are all elderly people working, so it's normal for them to make mistakes. I asked the front desk, and they told me directly that there was no one!
I don't recommend this hotel. I guess the hotel is like Trump, the people are very arrogant and the strength can't keep up.
