The location was good, but the bed was small. However, they gave me a free city bike and I was satisfied in many ways:) The rooftop is hip.

The Staff and the Arlo, Williamsburg receive a standing ovation from the Herrera Family. They were so kind in offerings of assistance and information! We are so grateful we came here for ournfirst visit to NYC and will surely be returning to Arlo properties, specifically this one. Thank you Arlo staff.

The elevators absolutely suck. Takes 20 minutes just to get to your room sometimes. Food menu was kind of basic.

Overall pretty nice spot. Sink wouldnt drain well and elevators are obnoxiously slow. Cool vibe and bars though. Good view of the city.

The Arlo was a safe, comfortable and convenient stay. They are attentive and hospitable. The bed was comfy, the shower worked well, and there were no issues during my stay.

Room wasn’t ready right at 3, we waited about 45 minutes for our room to be ready. Was only here for one night and trying to get an elevator was a nightmare. Rooftop party definitely had more people then they could handle and people were not in their right minds wondering all over hotel. Room was small, with a balcony and floors were not clean.

There is no such thing about customer service at this hotel. We made a reservation for the pool and when we got there they did not have it and would not give us a seat. The next day they cancelled our pool reservation so the day we checked out we asked to use the pool since we did not get to and the lobby reception would not make us a reservation and we had to go up to the pool and beg them to let us use it - the hotel pool staff however was very accommodating and nice.
We never received any room cleaning.
