The hotel is acceptable, considered the price is relatively cheap among the other hotels in manhattan. But no coffee and tea bag, nor kettle are provided.

The room offered a lovely view of the One World Trade Center, and its location is conveniently close to subway stations. However, the room could benefit from some updates, as it seemed a bit old and outdated.

We booked a 3-night stay at The Washington by Luxurban hotel from May 15th to 18th. After staying at the hotel, when we woke up on the second night, my son was bitten twice on the forehead by an insect and my wife was bitten on the back. Our family refused the hotel. After deciding not to stay overnight, I met the hotel reception staff and explained the situation. The young staff apologized and said that you can leave. We will transfer your payment for one day to your card within 24 hours. He even wrote it on a piece of paper. The money has not been credited to my card yet. Please settle this complaint!!! If we don't refund, we will take further measures. Lies should not win in anything. The truth will always win.

Had already stayed 3 nights in another room in the same hotel and wanted to stay another night, but couldn't stay in the same room cause it had been booked. This time didn't get the same view, but it wasn't bad all all. The bell man downstairs hold our luggage while we waited to checked in. Will recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to come and visit New York City.

It’s a beautiful place, confortable and clean. Great location close to metro station.

Very close to WTC and short walk to Wall Street. Close to the metro to be able to easily go anywhere in Manhattan. In a relatively quiet area as well so no loud traffic noises. Walls just seem to be not very sound proof so it might get a bit noisy at night but otherwise great stay!

Check-in was fine, but the service attitude was not good afterwards. When I got to the room and slept on the bed, I found that the sheets and quilt covers were already full of holes and tattered. I can't understand why the broken sheets are still being used by guests. There is a faint odor in the bathroom, which makes people feel uncomfortable. The room has never been cleaned, even though I stayed there for so many days. Even though I told the front desk and the cleaning staff every day, they still didn't clean it (even if you gave a tip). On the day we were to check out, the hotel checked out at 11 o'clock. At 10:05, someone in the hotel pushed the door and broke into my room. It was really scary. I almost called 911, but later I found out that it was the hotel cleaning staff. But why was there no courtesy at all, and they broke into my room without even knocking on the door? I will never stay here again, and I will never recommend any friends to come here

The worst stay experience ever. Anyone who stays here in New York will be bothered. Very poor service and they even ask for tips.

The room is very good. The window faces the World Trade Center ruins. The location is very good and convenient for traveling.

The hotel has still not fully recovered from the epidemic prevention and control, and basic facilities such as bottled drinking water are missing.

The hotel is very clean and the transportation is very convenient. Close to Wall Street, next time I come to New York, I will book again

I am incredibly pleased with this hotel!

Pros: Good location, close to major attractions Disadvantages: When I first entered the hotel, I found that there were paper towels in the toilet that had not been flushed, and the color of the hotel's tap water was yellow. The hotel TV responds slowly and the playback freezes.
