Normal IHG hotel. Close to the spiderman church, close to world trade memorial and rector station. From the price you shouldn't expected that much

The hotel location is very good at financial district. Can easy to walk to Charging Bull, Wall street, 911, the capsule. However, with this price there’s no breakfast or welcome drinks or water.

The hotel room was clean and the location of the hotel was very convenient being close to wall st and wtc. The view outside the window is great especially on a higher floor. Check-in was fast and painless.

It has a perfect Location, great front desk service and, not-so-great cleaning room service.

Perfect hotel in the heart of downtown New York. We stayed here for 2 nights while we explored downtown New York. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only wish they gave us complimentary water and when we checked out they charged us $5 per luggage to store our bags, which I thought was quite excessive. We only needed the luggage stored for about 2 hours after checkout. But otherwise it was a lovely hotel.

The place was good. The stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly. They don't provide water service, which we didn't expect.

Excellence location, just 1 min to subway station, walkable distance to tourist spot, room is clean and tidy, decent size, not too small.

My friends and I shared two cozy rooms that went beyond our expectations. The rooms were clean, bigger than the average New York hotel room size, and minimally and thoughtfully decorated. The service at the front desk at check in and check out was phenomenal and I want to thank both of them for the care and attention they paid towards our group . The only very small downside is the distance towards central Manhattan but even so it’s only a 20 minute subway ride away . can not recommend this place enough what a wonderful stay!

The room is spacious and could fit our family of 4. Staff were very attentive to our needs and gave us a room with a good view.
