Hotel and the rooms are fantastic and reasonably priced for Manhattan, with room rates in the usual city areas increasing to high numbers. Room is newly renovated, clean, comfortable, wifi works. Attached bath and and toilet is fantastic. Hotel staff is friendly. Near to subway line (2 blocks) that can bring you to Midtown and beyond in 30 mins or so. However, streets around the hotel is a little sketchy, but seemed safe even in early evening period. Mid-size supermarket behind hotel is well-stocked. Restaurant within hotel crowded during dinner times, but I did not try.

Waited 3 hours to check in and our room was downgraded. No amenities provided like tissues, tooth brush, slippers. The room made my friend and I sneeze/sick.

Hotel well located near bus stops and metro station, enough food outlets and a Target supermarket nearby. The rooms are very decent. The staff at the reception is friendly. The restaurant and bar are very popular. An address not to be overlooked in your choices.

What am I talking about? It's a newly opened hotel. It's really new. The bedding is OK for sleeping. Let's talk about the problems. The lighting is not enough. It's a bit dim at night. The room is too small. It's really too small. There's no space after getting out of bed. The small table is too tight. It's a bit troublesome to eat takeout. The bathroom is enough, but the sensor light is annoying. If you take a shower, the bathroom light will dim because it can't sense people. And unlike some places, they don't provide kettles or slippers. The most important problem! This hotel is located on the subway around 181st Street. The public security is very poor. The neighborhood is full of people of color. There are a lot of Mexicans and blacks. It's easy to be noticed when walking on the street. Try not to be outside too late. Of course, the hotel service staff is still relatively polite, but the hotel cleaning staff is a South American who only speaks Spanish. I can't understand English. I'm really a little surprised.

The location is very unsafe and the hotel rooms are very small. If there are other options, it is not recommended to stay here.

The hotel is new, everything is convenient. Good mattresses. The continental breakfasts are excellent, it’s a pity that you had to pay for them separately. Overall the hotel is good. Only in the morning the rooms facing the road are very noisy. As far as I'm familiar with the city, this is a problem with all city hotels in New York.
