Room is very small , nobody care for customer I don’t recommended this hotel

Hotel was really nice area was a little out of the way and don’t have tea or coffee in room but overall loved the stay

Waited 3 hours to check in and our room was downgraded. No amenities provided like tissues, tooth brush, slippers. The room made my friend and I sneeze/sick.

What am I talking about? It's a newly opened hotel. It's really new. The bedding is OK for sleeping. Let's talk about the problems. The lighting is not enough. It's a bit dim at night. The room is too small. It's really too small. There's no space after getting out of bed. The small table is too tight. It's a bit troublesome to eat takeout. The bathroom is enough, but the sensor light is annoying. If you take a shower, the bathroom light will dim because it can't sense people. And unlike some places, they don't provide kettles or slippers. The most important problem! This hotel is located on the subway around 181st Street. The public security is very poor. The neighborhood is full of people of color. There are a lot of Mexicans and blacks. It's easy to be noticed when walking on the street. Try not to be outside too late. Of course, the hotel service staff is still relatively polite, but the hotel cleaning staff is a South American who only speaks Spanish. I can't understand English. I'm really a little surprised.

The location is very unsafe and the hotel rooms are very small. If there are other options, it is not recommended to stay here.

The hotel is new, everything is convenient. Good mattresses. The continental breakfasts are excellent, it’s a pity that you had to pay for them separately. Overall the hotel is good. Only in the morning the rooms facing the road are very noisy. As far as I'm familiar with the city, this is a problem with all city hotels in New York.

It is not recommended to stay in this hotel.

The safest and best hotel in the area

So-so is okay.

There was hair in the bathroom and on room floor. Other than that not bad. The area is pretty active but hey we’re in NYC.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Staff were nice and helpful. The restaurant was expensive to dine in but food was fabulous and plentifully filling. Room we had was a studio and was adequate for what we needed. Too far from JFK airport but we made it work. Price was good and worth it.

Loved the front desk staff, housekeeping though needs to check the sheets on the beds, both beds had dirty sheet but other than that, everything and everywhere was clean, loved it, the breakfast buffet needs to be kept warm, there was an attempt but it failed. But I’d definitely go back

The hotel was so adorable and the room even cuter. We stayed for two nights and couldn’t believe that others were giving this place bad reviews. The only thing that took me by surprise was that breakfast was $20 a person and had minimal options to choose from. Aside from that, everything was lovely!
