Room didn't get clean for two nights stayed Ask for new tower because the don't clean room Didn't bring Call to the front desk didn't pickup Have yo go get myself at the gym room

It's was hygienic and i enjoyed stay

Avoid this at all cost ! Poor Service : Asked the front desk for advice for direction to go around, and none show willingness to step up to provide the needed support. Poor Facilities : Do not be deceived by the reception interior where run down facilities with rusty pipes and flimsy door would be the "real" welcome. Sub-par Room Booking Experience : Booked a king room but given a double single. What is the need of double single bed when there is only one person sleeping ?

The room is relatively quiet

The hotel is very convenient from the airport, especially the hotel's shuttle service. The room is generally clean, nothing to complain about. The bed was huge and the room was spacious.

I used it on my main trip to New York. The location is too bad anyway. There is a hotel in the middle of the highway, You can't get to the sidewalk without using a car I have one bus every hour I got on it and went out to the city.

Stay in a hotel every month. Strange things happened! Open the door and there is someone inside! Scary! I asked the front desk of the hotel that a person with the same name had already moved in. I got my kids who stayed in other hotels today and asked, "Will there be anyone in there?" I want to contact Ctrip customer service to complain

Airport hotels are very standard! Too bad you can't walk

T he only negative in our room 715 was that just prior to leaving the toilet malfunctioned and flooded the floor which I reported to the front desk immediatley! Other than that everyt.hing was great. Thanks

The check-in process was quick and efficient!! The staff was friendly, and the property and rooms were very clean! We’d definitely stay again!

the shower curtain smelled very strongly of mildew and it smelled up the whole room. shower was not clean. body lotion was completely empty. no hair dryer in my room. door looked like it had been broken into so extra swivel locks added? hard to secure deadbolt. otherwise it served its purpose as an airport botel

Toliet ran the entire night and called front desk and they said someone would come and they didn't. Latch on batchroom door was hanging by a nail and the heat because the vent was next to bed blew particles to my face
