Stayed at this place a few times over the past year or so. Gotta say... I'm pleasantly surprised!! This last time i stayed here made it my favorite spot in the area. Besides being easy to get to EWR real quick, I like to stay here because this is a nicely updated Hampton. Love the room layouts and the gym [Make sure to get instructions on the parking gate & ticket validation]. On my most recent trip there, though, the front desk staff were super! Aya, Alicia, and Ivy are officially my favorite welcome committee! As a Lifetime Diamond member, nothing makes the grind of business travel less-of-a-grind than friendly people like these 3 ladies. I will definitely be back when' i'm in the area.

Positive. Close to airport and free shuttle that runs every thirty minutes. Comfortable beds. Negatives. Very noisy rooms. Road noise and the through the wall aircon is very noisy. Very un environmentally friendly hotel. Lots of use of single use plates and plastic knifes and forks at breakfast . Breakfast was busy with 20 minutes queue for waffles. Hot water for tea wasn’t hot. Very average three star hotel but let down by noisy rooms and long queues at breakfast. The free transfer was an old bus with worn out seats.

Stayed here as I wanted to be close to Newark for my flight the following day. Airport is close, but far away from downtown New York. Hotel is more self-service. Cheap, but rooms are ok. Bathroom standard. Did not take the breakfast. Was already gone by that time.

My husband and I would like to give a special mention to a member of staff on Reception when we arrived on Dec 1 2024. We think her name is Aya. My husband requested a gluten free breakfast grab 'n go bag, but there was not one available. Aya went above and beyond to produce a bag that had gluten free options for him. Thank you!

Tired and noisy hotel like sleepy next to a drag *****. Horrible noise, level of cars racing outside all through the night hotel shuttle drops you off at the tram only having to take several escalators two trains and a bus with your luggage to get to the Delta terminal, this location has convinced me not to stay with Hilton hotels.

This is a typical airport hotel. The airport shuttle was good. It leaves the hotel on the hour and half hour. It picks up at the airport on the hour and half hour at P4 which is the AirTran station so just follow signs to AirTran. The staff were friendly. The room was decent. The wifi was good. The A/C worked. The property was quiet enough - some siren and construction noise but can't really help that. Overall there's nothing in the area you could walk to the property but works well for an airport overnight

I was super impressed by Vijay. He helped us solve a payment issue that seemed insolveable. It's a long story, but know that he made sure my international colleague was well taken care of after I paid for my colleague's room. Being a novice traveler and from a small country, I was afraid to send him to the hotel by himself. I had planned to go with him and stay also, but a medical emergency prevented me from going.

This property is a perfect fit for those who want to be next to the airport. Its clean, offers a decent breakfast options and was safe. We ventured into the city using the Transit which is close by and enjoyed the proximity to the city. The airport is a hair lengths away. The staff were wonderful and made our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend for the quick NYC layovers at EWR.
