Hotel shuttle is almost 20 min schedule plus 10 min to the airport. The coffee at breakfast and the pasta in the restaurant need improvements.

The room is not soundproofed at all, and the staff at the reception are ****** and rude.

The property was good, check in was smooth even at 3.00 am, but they charge for parking.

Hotel is convenient for the airport and a shuttle bus is available to take you there and back.
The hotel receptionist was very pleasant and helpful as were all the staff.

The hotel is nice and the staff were very very friendly and the location is great
The key card kept not working and I have to get to the reception every time

When we arrived after our flight, they had only booked 2 adults and didn’t book the children on. They hadn’t been informed by Trip.com that the children where booked on. Luckily they managed to sort this out for us. Hotel room was lovely. Breakfast also really good.

Good for a short stay if you have an upcoming flight. Room was clean, with a decent buffet breakfast (no restaurant or other meals). Short walk to the airport

We had to leave at 4:15 am and was told that breakfast would start at 4:00 am. However, when we got the food area , not everything was ready so we only could grab a coffee and few snack to go but overall the location and staff were nice.
