Just returned from another fantastic stay. Reception staff as always very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to see Tracey who was very welcoming. On Thursday evening we had a lovely meal in the restaurant and were served by Izzy and Chris who were very friendly and attentive. On Friday we decide to try the new outside BBQ area where Darren and Tom cooked a fantastic meal for us. On Saturday as the weather was so lovely we again decide to eat outside where Melissa cooked a lovely seabass meal for my wife and I had the pri pri chicken which was amazing. It was lovely watching her plate up as you could see she was a perfectionist. We met Claudine in the hallway who was smiley and friendly . The executive room we stayed in was extremely clean with a separate shower and large bath tub and lovely fluffy towels. We spent time in the spa enjoying the swimming pool which we highly recommend. On checking out, again, the reception staff were really friendly and it was nice to catch up with Deon. We enjoyed it so much we have booked another stay going with friends.

We stayed on a one night golf break. The hotel was great, greeted by a smile everywhere , really great service. Evening meal also very good, special mention to Imar (probably mis-spelt) in the bar who was wonderful. Golf on the Sunday afternoon was a frustrating experience. We gave up on the 13th after 4 hours, Pro advised that this was normal at weekends. Golf on the Monday total opposite, round in 4 hours, course enjoyable and in lovely condition.

My Mum and I came for a spa day to celebrate my 21st birthday. We could not fault the organisation or the cleanliness of the facilities. The staff were friendly and knew exactly how to make our experience great! Our treatments were lovely and the food was very nice. We will definitely return!

The weekend break was perfect. We came back truly relaxed and fully refreshed. We had an Executive room which was spacious with a great view of the golf course. The large bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom equipped with a great shower and a large bath. Breakfast was generous and varied with, I believe, locally sourced sausages and bacon, and delicious pastries. The restaurant has a recently created outdoor area and if you can and the weather allows try an enjoy a meal there. Dinner in the bar was perfectly adequate and informal. The spa though is the centre piece of the hotel. It is a great place to relax and we spent two full days there. It is possible to have lunch (bento boxes and sandwiches amongst other offerings), snacks and drinks around the pool. The service here and all over the hotel was terrific. Well recommended as a weekend treat!

Firstly I have to give the highest praise to Roman who belied his 20 years of age with utter professionalism and looked like he would be running the place in a few years,particularly the hospitality part, he was excellent and attentive throughout the stay. Best mattress I have ever slept on in a hotel. The Spa, albeit with a great size pool, let itself down by things not working properly like the steam room, the aroma room and the jacuzzi at the time I was there for the bank holiday weekend. The regular members there that I spoke to said this was a regular occurrence, but they still return because they enjoy the social scene there... Fair enough I suppose but if you pay for membership one would expect these things to be working more often than not but I was advised this was the opposite. It would put me off returning as a guest because of this despite the excellence of Roman who made the stay enjoyable.

A good hotel and spa, which added to a challenging and extremely tight golfing experience. We had a two round, dinner, bed and breakfast package through golfbreaks at £179pp, which seemed very fair. Dinner was good and a good selection of hot and cold items from breakfast. Pool and spa were good - steam room could be hotter, but that is personal taste. Golf was good - a very well maintained course, with a few stunning holes. Very tight fairways on some holes - prepare to be in the woods if you are not dead straight!
