At 10:30 in the evening, the hotel was closed. The reception was closed. The reception was warm. The breakfast was simple. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was like a new one. It was very new.

The web site stated zero walking to beach and it was NOT! there are stairs and a lot of them, also vending machines only mean soda! I would NOT have stayed there if I knew it was that far to walk to the beach... about one block to stairs and down 6 flights and yes you have to walk back up them too! check in time is later then most places too! went, stayed and won't be back! Don't like story tellers.

Family trip, hotel is South Beach next to aquarium. Everything looks very new, rooms super clean, good internet, huge TV. Breakfast was pretty standard for Holiday Inn Express, but would have like more meat choices. Great stay.
