I love this city so much so I booked this hotel. But i did't know why the housekeeping just used the key and opened the door directly after knocking twice. I haven't walked to the door yet and he just opened the door and came in. I was pissed. Can you please just call first or maybe wait for a second till i open the door for you?!

I had to stay at this hotel for 9 nights. Just a series of bad things... Internet was down for half of my stay. I would often come back to my room and find that room service didn't come, even though I was leaving pretty early every day to go to work. There is no water to drink in the rooms. They wouldn't let the delivery guy bring me food to my room. Someone left a glass on the floor in the corridor next to my room and it stayed there for a week. The sync was clogged when I arrived and the shower drain always takes ages to suck away all the water. I always had to open the toilet bowl tank to manually make the water reload. As I write this, I can see a massive mold spot on one of the pillows I never used. I wish I noticed that earlier 🤮

Warm pool was great! To reserve the tennis court, ResortPass didn't ask the booking number, so the worker helped me.

The room is clean and comfortable, the lobby is bright and spacious, the front desk staff is polite and patient, but the time is limited and I didn't enjoy the public facilities. I will go there next time

Overall it's good. Although the location is not very good, it's next to the airport and far from various attractions. It's about 25 minutes drive to the beach. But if you just pass by and stay for one night, it's still very comfortable.

The facilities are definitely up to the standard of a four-star hotel. The outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are beautiful at night, the breakfast buffet has fresh fruits, and the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable.

Since we are Marriott Platinum members, we can usually enjoy free breakfast and early check-in and late check-out when we check in, so we booked the hotel. However, when we checked in, the front desk told us that there was no free breakfast, and we could only give a $10 voucher or some extra points. We chose points. After that, we dragged 4 suitcases to the 6th floor, but when we opened the door, we were surprised to find that there were guests in the room. So we dragged 4 suitcases back to the lobby, and the front desk staff said lightly that they were sorry, saying that the system showed that the room had been checked out, and then changed us to another room, and we dragged 4 suitcases upstairs again. Two days later, we returned to the place again. Considering that the location of this hotel is more in line with our requirements and the overall facilities are relatively new, we booked the hotel again and stayed for 3 nights. When checking in this time, the front desk said that members can enjoy two free breakfasts. In just a few days, the hotel policy has changed. After checking in, I found that the cleaning staff only tidied the sheets every day, and did not deal with the stains in the sink and the hair in the bathtub at all, and even the number of bath towels was not enough. After checking out, I found that my sunglasses were missing. I called the hotel to see if they were left in the room. They said hold on and asked us to wait online for 5 minutes. Then they asked us to leave our phone number and reply when we got a message. I waited for a day but still didn't get a call. I called and pressed a bunch of numbers to connect to the front desk. The front desk didn't know anything and asked us to wait online again. Finally, they replied that they didn't find them. Although the overall facilities of this hotel are good, the service is very poor. The front desk staff has different calibers, gave the wrong room, did not respond to customer feedback at all, and the room cleaning is a mess.
