The service environment is very good. There is a shopping mall nearby. The drinks in the bar downstairs are good. The room is clean and sanitary. There are two restaurants in the hotel, one of which is an Italian restaurant. The food is beautifully presented, the price is not cheap, and it tastes good. 😋

It was very convenient, especially the shuttle to the airport.

Very beautiful hotel, one of the most upscale hotels in the area. There are always various luxury cars parked downstairs.

This hotel has a great environment and complete facilities. I am very satisfied with all aspects. It is comfortable, the front desk service is good, and it is clean and hygienic. I will stay there again next time.

The bed and bedding are so comfortable that I want to sleep longer every day. My daughter feels the same way and sleeps very soundly. The only problem is that the sound insulation is not very good.

The property was dirty. I was at the pool and I stepped on him and another mess. I complained to get it cleaned up and no one listed. Then the elevator shut down so we couldn’t get to our floor. No one cared. This is an expensive property. We will be staying at the VEA from now on.

Very clean, comfortable place to stay in a great location for convenience. Room was large and nicely appointed. we were not able to use restaurants as we had other commitments. Valet service was great.

Staff, valet, common areas are first class! Restaurant SET and the main lounge were fantastic. Rooms are updated, but the hotel's bathrooms were not updated after Pendry took over. The rose stone doesn't go at all with the black and Grey in the hotel. Otherwise, Hotel is stylish!

We loved staying at the Pendry this past March of 2024. Our room was spacious, very well appointed, quiet, and luxurious. No expsnes or amenities were spared in any way! The gym was top notch, hi tech and fully loaded with everything you'd pexpect, plus more. The staff was incredibly attentive and professional- Emily stood out to us at breakfast time at Bar Pendry. We look forward to staying at the Pendry once again in two month's time.

The property and staff are amazing. We really enjoyed our visit. The problem was with the lack of full disclosure of charges. We have been charged over $1800.00 for a $ 1100.00 room. We have multiple pending charges that are not disclosed At check in. Also this property has no self parking. You are required to valet park for an additional $120.00 for our weekend. We kind of feel taken advantage of.
