The front desk staff was exceptional. The Concierge was extremely friendly and very professional. The room was very clean and housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room maintained and replenished. The restaurant offered a wonderful buffet for breakfast, the bar was well stocked with great selections. Vivian and Neka in the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and were extremely professional.

Clean. Friendly staff. Better than average breakfast buffet, real scrambled eggs, not instant like most hotels, hearty sausage, omelette station. Vivian took good care of us every morning at breakfast. Breakfast was not included with our stay. Pool one depth, no deep end. Concierge lounge is closed on weekends which felt counter intuitive and frustrating. Don't know if we paid more to be on that level. The fountain view is beautiful. The venue itself is very pretty. Good restaurants within walking distance, but the room service food was really good, too.

Wonderful service and warm welcome to us at the restaurant, Vivian and Neka always attentive and took great care of us over breakfast! My family always stays here, had to stop in twice this month and it’s great to be taken care of by genuine people..feels more like a local diner than a big hotel restaurant, much appreciated on the road!

The best thing about this Marriot are the amazing associates, especially Phil at the front desk. He went out of his way to accommodate our large group in seven rooms. The rooms are well appointed and good sized. They’re not large, but that’s what you’d expect in the city center. They have an excellent view of the city center. Overall this is a standard upscale Marriott, again, what made it exceptional was the way Phil handled our reservations!

The hotel is as advertised and pictures match what you will find in the actual hotel. This hotel is always a great place to stay. Shelby at the front desk is awesome and helped me out with some questions I had regarding my stay. Will definitely be back.

The property I stated charged my card after I already paid through ******* I into the room on the 23rd checked out the 25th and I still have $470 on hold. I was in town for my father’s funeral and already had enough going on then had to leave with no money because the Marriott has a hold on my card that should’ve never been there

The good things: Very clean, all staff was very nice, and it was mostly quiet. The bad things: Bed was VERY mushy, blanket was too heavy and there was no other blanket in the closet. At the buffet in the morning, the bagels were moldy! I was at breakfast at 7am, and it was obvious no one had checked them. The eggs on the buffet were cold (no sterno), $21 for breakfast. There was not only no microwave in my room, there wasn't even one on my floor!! There are only TWO in the BUILDING! There was no hair dryer in my bath. There was no hot tub although there is one listed on at least one site. The parking was $6/night.
