The elevator was broke, the front desk clerk was not@the front desk Had to wait like ten minutes. Just to get a room with roach

The reception desk was quite friendly and professional. After checking in and receiving my key I went to find my room before bring in my personal belongings. There were no sheets on the beds. The pillows were stacked in one corner. The mattresses and pillows had stains. only on mattress had a mattress cover on it and it was visibly dirty and stained. Dirt, dust and grim on the mattress, against the walls and behind the furniture. This wasn't even from poor cleaning but from neglect. The window was left unlatched and the safety mechanism was broken and disengaged. The ceiling tiles were also dingy. Floor tiles were missing and the coat rack was hanging loose and bent. This is my second attempt at staying in a Days Inn in the last two years. The previous one was not as but like this one security was non-existant. I returned my key and requested a refund of which i have yet to receive. I will not be staying at a Days Inn again.

There was dried up food in the bed ehen we turned the sheets down! We left right away and did not stay, im requesting a refund.

This is more of a shelter than a hotel. We did not stay here bcuz of how disgusting and dirty the entire place was. The room was horrible. The bathroom was unsanitary. The elevator didn’t even work. I immediately called ******* to get a refund and went to a different place. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worse enemy. ******* should not be advertising this place!!

The hotel smelled like cigarettes and the beds were dirty, wouldnt recommend for a family but if you need a quick stay it will work

Visiting family 1st room the bathroom was filthy and had not been cleaned. Moved to 2nd room and the floors were not vacuumed. The elevator was out of order so all guest were on 1st floor and was woke up in the middle of the night with guest yelling in hallway. Ice machine was not working

Bad shower head Room 132 Soap doesn’t lather at all! Breakfast spread was pitiful!

Oh my God. I checked out within 15 minutes of arrival and went to another hotel. I have NEVER seen such a filthy, dreary, dusty, gross hotel in my life. I travel frequently and will never stay in a Days Inn again. The floors were dirty and dusty. The drop ceiling had water stains and who knows what on it. The bathroom was not clean. The room was dark and depressing. There were STAINS all over the BEDSPREAD. The entire room made me want to throw up. The entire place was a nightmare.

The manager [name has been redacted due to a ******* requirement] was extremely rude and disrespectful to a client we housed at this establishment. She was immediately vile towards the client and when the client phoned the cardholder, our company, she refused to speak to rectify any harm done -- which was none. She instead insisted she has worked there for 25 years and "doesn't care" about her customer service at all and ensured us that no one will fire her for her negative actions. We immediately cancelled our reservation and will refuse to house any clients at Days Inn Wyndham Oyster Point moving forward.

The worst hotel ever. After seeing the room we left immediately. Will request refund. Dryers in the parking lot and even the ceiling was falling down in the bathroom which was covered in mold. Absolutely sketchy!!!
