The staff was not good in the front desk they treat us so mean he shout us they ask mycredit card with rising his voice,he is so mean to us when we arrive at 11pm we are so very tired because we came form north carolina 5hrs travel and we are arrived late in the hotel,.i dont know why he mean to us if there a cctv there can tell the owner and supervisor to report him...and very noisy outside you hear the noise the car passing by you cannot rest good that hotel we regret to stay there.

Room was cleaner and nicer than I thought I was going to get

Not Consistent , Too High Of A Rating . I booked a king suite , when i arrived i was told i could not get the room i booked because the person extended their stay in the room i booked . I was given a regular room with two double beds you cannot connect . No lower price or compensation. I took the room anyway and when i entered the room it was filthy . Stains on sheets and pillows , stains on the walls and comforter , roach crawling on the floor and filthy floors . I already was given a smaller room with a considerably smaller bed and the room was filthy. I complained and was given another room of the same type ( two double sized beds ) that room was in better condition . However the remotes to the tv did not work. The area is very odd as well , questionable people staying there and the parking area is sketchy. Room design is actually pretty decent , just poor area and cleanliness is not that good . Overall 5/10 experience.

Did the trick for what we needed! Was great for getting to the coliseum for the weekend! Spacious and nice staff

Check the sheets Smelled of mildew. Once in the room, sheets were dirty and there was a leak in the bathroom. Got a new room, dirty sheets again and toilet wouldn't flush. We ended up moving to a different hotel. We got 1 night back but they wouldnt refund us for the first night even though we literally walked in and out of the room.

Well, they can come into your rooms even if locked No hotel lock for a reason. Woke up to two workers in my room telling me to get out. Instead of just charging me for another night. I work 6:30 pm to 5 am. I specifically requested a 4:00 late check out, and was not given that despite asking for it.
