We return to this lovely hotel annually when we go to the British F1 grandprix. Lovely location in centre of Newport pagnell,hotel has a small car park but is right next to a public carpark Staff are warm and welcoming and remember us year after year. Check in is easy as do online prior to arrival. Rooms are small but have everything you need.very clean and comfortable bed . Food We always book into the restaurant but can eat in the bar or if weather permits in the lovely outside area. Good menu and good is really good ,and presented beautifully. Breakfast is really good too , Silverstone weekend it's English breakfast buffet which is ideal as need an early start and quick breakfast .But normal stays it's off the menu with a good choice. Highly recommend this hotel

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The decor inside is modern, stylish and tastefully decorated. My room was nice and well laid out. The colours really suited the space. It was very clean and tidy, as was everywhere else. The restaurant area was very clean with modern furnishings and a well organised place to eat & drink. The food was delicious, and the service was first class. I could have stayed there all week, but I was only there for one night. I regularly use budget hotels as part of my job and many other hotels in that price range could learn a thing or two about how to provide fantastic service at a reasonable price. Chloe, on the reception desk was lovely to chat to and very professional & polite. For me, it was a refreshing experience.

This hotel is absolutely amazing and the staff are just out of this world incredible! I have now stayed many times here and will keep going back! The manager is an absolute diamond guy and has all of my respect for how wonderful and accommodating he is. Nothing is ever too much to ask! Couldn’t recommend this place more. Stayed here for family function and had three rooms Staff were really helpful and friendly and gave us adjoining rooms in the extension. These rooms appeared new and were in excellent condition Three minor points The hotel was very busy being half term and the staff were so busy checking in guests that service at the bar was unavoidably slow in the late afternoon The car park is quite large but the harvester opposite is so busy when we got back we had to park at the far end which if you had luggage would be inconvenient.I was able to move the car in the morning Lastly like all expresses the breakfast quality is something of a lottery.on this occasion the coffee were better than usual express standard but bacon and egg were disappointing Generally however well above average for this brand

Staff very polite and helpful. The room very clean and well stocked for the stay. The one down fall is breakfast says serving until midday we went at 10.30 and it was closed. Disappointing as we had already paid for breakfast and unfortunately could not get a refund.

First time staying in Milton Keynes and wanted a hotel near the theatre due to seeing a show. The staff on arrival were friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. There was an event on which a notice was put on the check in desk to make you aware due to noise. We were on the 4th floor and event on the 1st and the noise was not at all impacting on our stay or sleep. The room was lovely! with beautiful views. There were White Company products in the shower fixed to the wall which was a nice touch as the products are really nice. The location is perfect for shopping and the theatre. I can highly recommend and would be the place I would stay when visting Milton Keynes again.
