Beautiful hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful. They were kid friendly. The facilities were 10/10! Recommend a massage while you stay. Food is world class. Get the sharing steak and lobster. We had a great experience. Thank you so much

Visited for food/coffee. the staff are absolutely lovely. The service is great and the place has a great atmosphere and views. It might be a bit pricey but its worth it for the treat and feeling going there gives you. They are welcoming to all, kids, dogs who ever you have in your party. Been going to Headlands for for a very long time and the service never changes.

Super gelegen, tolles historisches Gebäude, nettes Personal, super Frühstück mit Blick auf die Wellen. Unser Zimmer war renoviert und schön groß, das Aqua Spa ist eine Augenweide, einzig die Toilette im Zimmer hatte ein paar Macken. Wircwerden wieder kommen!

Becareful at this hotel. They like to charge for carpet cleaning fees that haven’t occurred. This used to be a fantastic establishment with top service but unfortunately our recent experience has left us feeling that we will not return. Overall a bad experience .

A fabulous place with a fabulous view. The staff are exceptional and very helpful. Our room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was devine. The restaurant delivered quality food. The spa was beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend and will be returning.

Tasty Beetroot salad with chicken breast, goat's cheese and hazelnuts, the only thing on the menu apart from beefburger which didn't have fish, waitress very helpful, beautiful views overlooking Fistral Beach Newquay, plenty of tables with great views

We travelled from Mousehole to have an afternoon tea here and what a delight it was from the service, the food and drink and the surroundings. Our waiter, Justin was attentive and polite. The afternoon tea was complimented with a glass of Prosecco. The Earl Grey was plentiful. The food was tasty and well presented. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The time spent here was an enjoyable experience that we won’t forget when we look back on our time in Cornwall. Thank you.

I can strongly recommend the Headland Hotel. It was a very good experience from day 1 on to the last day. Very nice surroundings, very friendly staff. Extremely good breakfast and also dinner and afternoon tea. Amazing place at the window for breakfast.

We could not fault our wonderful stay at the Headland last weekend. It was my Mom's birthday and we had afternoon tea on our first day which was wonderful. Agatha and MK were so attentive and kind throughout and every time we saw either of them for the rest of the weekend, they always asked how our trip was going. Yara and Mai at the Terrace Bar were amazing at making all of those delicious cocktails. As was Kezi when delivering them in the Ballroom of an evening. Every member of staff clearly tries exceptionally hard to make every guest's stay perfect and it was so evident in these people. Truly stand out service. I imagine we'll be returning soon. Thank you all so much!
