From booking our stay to checking out the whole thing was perfect. The staff are amazing, cleanliness was 10/10, spa was small and quiet and so relaxing. All of our meals were perfect We can’t wait to return to make use of the spa treatments next time

It used to be the loveliest place, but now is total disappointment.Spa is lovely and girls is nice. I had full body massage, but for the price I would say is very poor. The girl was hovering around in changing room and I felt like they want to get rid of you soon as possible. Then we went to the bar for food but the guy said they fully booked. That’s fine, we sat outside the bar and had wine. Not a one staff member came to ask are we ok. There was my mums birthday and we felt so bad. All I hear from staff I’m tired, l’m tired. Never again. Too pricey and bad management.

We enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant Sunday afternoon at Killeavy Castle. The food was of high quality and presented well. The service was superb. James deserves special mention...he was very attentive and welcoming; he and the other wait staff were professional, friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend and look forward to returning. Thank you!

We had an enjoyable weekend at the foot of Slieve Gullion. The surrounding coutryside is picturess, and the hotel staff very firendly, and spa experience relaxing. Our dinner was delicious, and breakfast tastey too. My only complaint is having a breakfast fry cooler than desired; but undersatnd it's not easy accomodating a large number of guests in a short time frame given a buffet set up. Thank you Killeavy

Stayed for one night on the 5 year celebration deal. Hotel is fantastic from the rooms to the food and the staff were so friendly. The thermal suite is incredible

Just back from our daughter and son in law's amazing wedding This is an amazing wedding venue. The castle is stunning as is the scenery. The food is amazing. A nice hotel in a beautiful location, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We also really enjoyed the food on offer, lunch, dinner and breakfast. As this is a relatively new hotel (Opened 2019) I believe they need to focus on some areas to really bring out the best experience possible.
