Excellent stay for a business trip and hotel was very clean and room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again when next visiting as above and the location of the Hotel was ideal also.

Booked an overnight for my boyfriend’s 30th we had an absolutely amazing night in a stunning room, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The food was lovely and the spa facilities were great. Thank you for a lovely stay we will definitely be back.

I had the pleasure of staying and I must say it was an extraordinary experience overall. From the impeccable service to the luxurious amenities, every aspect of my stay surpassed my expectations.
The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the modern comforts one could desire. The dining options were equally impressive, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from.
However, the only downside to this otherwise perfect experience was the location. While the hotel itself was a haven of luxury and tranquility, its surroundings left much to be desired. The nearby area lacked charm and attractions, making it difficult to fully enjoy the destination outside of the hotel grounds.
Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing retreat.

Stayed here last night with my wife and daughter. Every member of staff from check in to the bar, breakfast service etc have been very friendly and helpful. The room was really good and the hotel has excellent facilities available, though we haven't had much of a chance to use them as we were here for the Foodies Fest at Rouken Glen Park so haven't spent a lot of time at the hotel itself. We will though definitely return in future and would definitely recommend this as a great hotel for couples or families.

Both the Executive and Executive balcony suite are lovely spacious and the staff are so welcoming and can't do enough to help. Pool and gym are great restaurant is lovely as well.
