Our family ALWAYS stays at Hilton properties when we travel. Same clean rooms, pleasant staff, free breakfast that is found at nearly every Hilton. There was a leak above our shower during our stay and we were promptly provided a change of rooms. DO NOT let them upsell you on a “premium room”. We were traveling with our toddler son and I thought the perk of daily replenished snacks in our room would be a nice upgrade. They could not make good on this promise…and that is after bringing to their attention at the front desk. We were given the excuse that the housekeeping staff did not know to restock the snacks (which consisted of 2 snack bags of chips, 1 candy bar, a theater box of m&ms, 2 sodas, and 2 seltzer waters). We stayed 5 nights and only had the snacks provided upon arrival and with the new room we switched to when the ceiling was leaking in the bathroom. Not worth the additional cost. Had another family on vacation with us and they had the same experience with their “premium” room.
