The environment is very good, very safe, the room is clean, the air conditioner is easy to use, the shower has plenty of hot water, you can't brush your teeth, you have to use bottled water. Four bottles for two people in a room, not enough, 75pwb/bottle, hotel price.
The water pressure of the sink is too high, be careful to splash everywhere when you open it.

There was a horrible smell which i believe was from sewer line but fortunate enough the air cons really helped in the rooms

The hotel is okay. I just don't like the bathroom set up. The toilet is also really small, you have to actually hold the door with your feet.

I enjoyed my stay at Cresta Maun. The food was amaizing, the have the very good views and the staff was super friendly. The mosquitos and lack of insect repellant in the room, the sewage water smell near the dining area (hopefully this was only temporary), room service not cleaning room and not replacing bed sheets made the stay sightly unpleasant, however, this is something that the hotel can work on resolving.

Was the worse place we stayed during our holiday. The bar staff were great also were many others who we encountered during our staff. We found the reception staff unhelpful which is a shame as the rest of the staff were great. Breakfast was poor, with the rest being average, except for a pizza we had at lunch which was very good. There was a bad smell during our whole visit of a drain and looking at previous reviews it’s been going on since 2022, very off putting with it also being able to be smelt in your room. I wouldn’t return to this chain or recommend anyone else to do so compared to other places we stayed during our visit that were outstanding. Value wise the value is great at the hotel for drinks and food, but for value of what you pay for, for the room it falls massively short.

Generally, the hotel is good, however the surroundings need more green gardens and the staff need constant refreshers on customer service. Some are a too relaxed and work at their own pace.

The system used to check in is easy to use and ensures that any future interaction with a Cresta Hotel is seamless. The process was easy and quick. The staff was very competent and friendly.

Aircon had to get fixed, aircon filters dirty. Shower has mould. There is no shower screen so the water goes everywhere. Dinner in the restaurant was awful - after waiting almost 1.5 hours to receive it. Also the drain hole is very deep making it difficult to stand.
