Good clean affordable hotel. Great location.

Location good but no balcony and no swimming pool. Was my fault. Very crowded with tour groups which pay much less as with ctrip. Breakfast lowest level. Not recommended for foreigners

What a great find in a really great location, so close to the beach and night market

It was nice because it was very close to the beach. I didn't leave the back door open during the day, so I had to go out when it was hot. The facility was clean overall. For this price, I was satisfied with the view of the sea. However, the laundry service seems a bit expensive.

The hotel has a very beautiful location, near the central square and the agarwood tower. The staff enthusiastically welcomes you thoughtfully.

The hotel area is huge. If you put a scooter and a car somewhere, no problem. The hotel is opposite Lotus. What’s inconvenient for me is the early breakfasts (from 06:30 to 08:30) and breakfasts are served in a restaurant (not a buffet). They mostly rent out rooms to the Vietnamese; we Russian speakers were the only ones in this hotel)). The hotel is decent, the furniture is decent, there is plenty of space, you can partially see the sea from the window.

It wasn’t the hotel itself that I didn’t like, the hotel itself was normal, the room was large, bright, but... first there was a problem with the safe, there were no batteries, they brought the key, we open the safe with the key, we close it with the key, then we think about where to put the key.... we need another one key safe or carry the key with you. Breakfast, this is the first hotel where there is no juice for breakfast, only water. Fruits - watermelon and something else. The size of a watermelon, it was not too lazy to cut it into such small slices, the size is, well, about a teaspoon. The food selection is generally Asian - dried rice and herb noodles. But there are fried eggs. There is coffee and tea, but only a sliced ​​baguette and one type of jam to go with it. But the problem with time is that I understand that Asians get up early, but for me breakfast before 8:30 is very early, and there is no way to choose a room without breakfast. Upon check-out, the water in the room began to be counted. If the water is not all free, then why the hell.. you didn’t put it in the refrigerator, as they usually do with bar positions in normal hotels, or you didn’t put a piece of paper stating that a small bottle of water in your hotel costs the same as a smoothie in the city. There is hot water, the pressure is normal, the furniture is not old, but the chairs are uncomfortable. This is the second hotel in Nha Trang where it is better to lie down than sit on a hard chair hunched over a table. View from the room in the photo. And this hotel also serves breakfast until 8:30, so you won’t be able to get enough sleep. And breakfasts a la carte. You can choose from eggs or soup and coffee. The staff speaks virtually no English. The rooms are clean and tidy. I wouldn't write a negative review, but you can't put guests in such a noisy room, especially since they know about the problem. I booked this accommodation because I thought it would be good for 0.5 nights. Places that many Koreans go to usually cost around 50,000 won per night, but here, two king beds for three people are around 30,000 won. The facilities, including air conditioning and shower, were clean and good. The staff at Inception are staffed 24 hours a day and are friendly. The location is great too! There is a night market right next to it. I was so embarrassed because I had to copy my passport when checking in. When I asked why they were making copies, they just said it was company policy and that they would throw it away when it was finished... I couldn't understand it, so I looked it up on the Internet and found that that's how it is in Vietnam. I'm posting this to tell others not to panic.. haha

The hotel is opposite Tram Huong tower, good security, facilities are okay for the price. Breakfast is diverse and delicious. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the service when I took my family out for the recent Nha Trang beach festival.
