Good location, just opposite Lotte mart and not far from beach. Hotel totally NEW!! Staffs and their operation also totally NEW!! Not professional in some way. I am not recommend to stay Sea view side because it’s really hot. Air condition in room is not good enough even we turn on temperature at 16 C but still HOT!! Thus hotel provided Fan as attached photo 🙄🙄🙄 I can say that I was surprised with hotel in many way and I have to stay there at 5 nights thus I expected it’s much better than what I got 😓😓😓

Highly recommend! Great for family and kids! Easy check in and check out. Staffs are friendly ❤️ would be back

Very good view, location and services. Nice hotel. Just take 5mins to the beach.

Hotel is new and clean. However, the wifi keeps disconnecting and unstable. I think the IT needs to check the internet signal again.

Had a lot of trouble checking in, as Trip.com advertised a room on the 39th floor (which I booked and paid for through the app) when there are no rooms on the 39th floor. Once a Manager finally appeared (only a Trainee was at the front desk at a busy time of day), I was upgraded to the 37th floor with a fantastic view. Bath was amazing watching the full moon rise. Bed really comfortable and breakfast included was greatl. Noise was a problem from a certain guest type, that seem to frequent this hotel in masses.

They will charge you the bottle of water in mini bar.. Just a normal water

This is a beautiful brand new hotel which is located at the heart of the city, and within walking distance to the beach. Hotel's buffet breakfast is excellent. Hotel staffs always provided quick responses to my needs. Will certainly come back to this Hotel again next time.

Good rooms for good price

I booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 elementary school students for less than 100,000 won, including breakfast. The location was also very good, with Chonchonkim on one side and Lotte Mart on the other. The room is spacious, the bathroom is spacious, and there is a large bathtub. The beds are one queen bed and two single beds. I made a reservation for one day but regretted booking for 3 days. The number of floors was 21, and it was disappointing that the view was not included in the photo. Honestly, the view alone was already 100 out of 100. Since it was on the 21st floor, there was almost no noise. The swimming pool was on the 6th floor, and it was shaded so the sun didn't sting, which was also nice. However, the water is a bit cold. The pool view was also nice and I enjoyed swimming. If I had to look for a drawback, there was a little dust in the corner, and although the breakfast was good enough for one meal, there weren't that many items. The toilet water drained a little late, but it didn't matter as long as you kept running the water and didn't wash. Overall, I would like to visit again 10000% It's a new hotel, so it's a new building, the best location, room size 60m², view, no bugs, The friendliness of the staff is also great! Water pressure is also strong The Annova staff had a happy stay. thank you

The hotel has a very good view. It is diagonally opposite the Sheraton. It takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. There is a noodle shop not far downstairs. The buffet breakfast is quite rich. It is about 38km away from the airport. I was satisfied with my first stay in Nha Trang.

Not 5 stars at all. - The room does not have soundproofing of the windows, which is very necessary - city noise is present, as if with an open window, around the clock. - daily room cleaning takes 3-4 minutes (making the bed, not changing the bed, removing garbage, and wet cleaning the floor, no frills - only the middle of the room, I attach a photo) - a very cold pool, and most importantly, its territory is completely under the roof, so you won’t bask in the sun after swimming, you’ll only freeze more from the wind. -the staff is kind, they will always help you book additional services or excursions, but if you have a problem with cleaning or the smell in the room due to the ventilation (my room had a smell similar to cigarette smoke, just smile and there is no solution. I can’t say that this hotel is bad, but judging by the description and number of stars, it should be better.

Everything is fine ! The stay was extended. The only downside to ironing for an additional fee is that you can’t just borrow an iron 😑
