Nice hotel, located on the outskirts of the city on beach road. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A big compliment and thank you to Mr Son, the restaurant manager and Mr Lam, the reception manager. A good price-performance ratio, to recommend.

New and nice 5star hotel with not much occupancy. Would have given it a full score if not for the poor air-conditioning system in the room. Loved the breakfast buffet and it's friendly front office staffs.

New hotel in Nha Trang, the location is a little remote from the city center and there are a lot of tourists from package tours. Which can be disturbing at times. There’s a beautiful bar on the last floor that is overlooking the beach.

Overall services are good. Roof top swimming pool is awesome.

Nice hotel, a bit out of the way but very close to the center. The staff make every effort to ensure that the guest is satisfied. The lobby manager, Mr. Lam, and the restaurant manager, Mr. Sam, are very courteous and helpful.

Fresh hotel: 2021 elevators. Bar on the top with a panoramic view, a small pool on the floor below the bar. Breakfast is varied, there is a coffee machine, fruits are constantly brought. I really enjoyed staying at the Best Western Premier Marvella Nha Trang! Pros: - the hotel is located on the first beach line, next to a clean beach with white sand and blue waters of the South China Sea; - a varied breakfast from scrambled eggs to noodles, dim sum, fruits and desserts, buns, coffee, tea, juices - you will have breakfast with a beautiful view of the sea; - clean spacious rooms with everything you need (you can only add more hooks for towels, in our room there was only 1, not very comfortable for two); - the hotel has a modern renovation; - nice and polite staff at the reception; - you can leave your luggage for free after check-out, if your plane / bus is later than check-out; - there are many places near the hotel where you can eat and buy souvenirs, there is even a menu in Russian, which surprised us in the city (we were in Nha Trang for the first time, we were in Ho Chi Minh City before); - on the 31st floor there is a gorgeous swimming pool with a view of the sea, there is a small gym, but with everything you need, there is also a children's room; - in the room there is water, tea and coffee 3 in 1 replenished every day, there is an electric kettle. Cons: between the beach and the hotel there is a road with active traffic, you need to cross carefully; to stay you will need to leave a deposit (but it seems like this happens in many places).
