I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It can be seen that the renovation was recent, but the room is dirty. To go to the cafe on the roof to have a snack and drink something, you need to inform the reception so that the cafe staff will come. And then you need to contact the reception again so that the staff will come back and bill you. This is completely inconvenient)

I had a great time resting comfortably and comfortably like home. The view was great and it was quiet, so I had a good rest. I plan to stay here again when I travel to Dam Nha Trang.

The hotel accommodations are so large that you can't find them in the same price range. The veranda is great for hanging laundry, and it's a good location for getting to the sea or the city center. It's the best value for money However, there is no soundproofing, so you can even hear the breathing of the person next door. It almost feels like we're sleeping together.

This is not the first time we are vacationing in Nha Trang. This time we chose this hotel and did not regret it. We liked everything, the location, the service, the Russian-speaking employee Yulia will tell you everything and give you advice. If you are surrounded by good people on vacation, then the vacation is excellent. The hotel has your own sunbeds on the beach, but 😁 they are paid, two sunbeds are 100,000 dong. It’s cheaper than eating on the beach 150,000. Varied breakfasts, I didn’t get tired of it in two weeks. Will we come back here again? Yes.

Good hotel for a good price, good staff, central location

Artnest Hotel is located in Nha Trang, Vietnam and I was very impressed with my stay. This hotel truly showcases the standard of five star service and facilities. Firstly, the service attitude of the staff was impressive, they were always eager to help and addressed all my needs quickly. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, modern and kept very clean and tidy. The food in the hotel is also very delicious, and the breakfast provides a variety of choices to satisfy guests with different tastes. Additionally, the hotel has an amazing pool and fitness center that allowed me to relax and unwind during my vacation. Overall, Artnest Hotel left me with unforgettable memories and I would recommend it without hesitation to any traveler looking for a luxury accommodation experience.

The room is okay, close to the seaside, and the swimming pool is beautiful. It's very comfortable to lie down and have a drink. It's also convenient to eat seafood nearby. You can go to the spa for a massage, or you can go to the rooftop to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There seemed to be more individual guests than group guests, so it wasn't noisy and I had a peaceful stay.

Good hotel, Located on the second line, only side sea view. Breakfast is good and varied. The pool is on the 27th floor, on the roof, with a beautiful view of the city and a side view of the sea. Can be recommended for a beach holiday in Nha Trang.

We had a family vacation for two weeks, took two rooms with a sea view. I really liked the hotel, the breakfasts are good, there is a Russian-speaking representative at the reception - Yulia, who helps with any questions. The rooms are not small, the cleaning is not very good, but this is the case almost everywhere in Asia. The location of the hotel is super, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, close to the beach. The hotel is excellent in terms of price and quality, we recommend it.

It was a bit difficult to clean the rooms; the mop just washed the hair into the corners! The towel had a hole where the fabric had unraveled from age, and the robe also had a small hole. Overall the hotel is good, the location is good. Special thanks to Yulia (at the reception) who will help and advise in everything!
