A very beautiful new hotel in stunning style. Just incredible arched doors and the renovation was done well. The air conditioning worked well. The hotel has no service) they clean every day. Really clean. What I didn’t like: there is a kitchen, but no cutlery or dishes. Two glasses and two small spoons. The two of us had to choose whether to drink tea or eat muesli, because there was only one glass for each))) I couldn’t eat the fruit I bought because I didn’t have a knife. I didn’t want to explain or find out anything; I chose a hotel with a kitchen and expected to be able to use it. The bathroom is very uncomfortable. There is no curtain, you stand under the shower and all the water pours onto the floor. As a result, this eternal puddle and humidity) The sink is beautiful, but inconvenient to use. There were two balconies in the room, but there was no ashtray there. You know, it’s very beautiful, but it’s as if they weren’t waiting for you to feel comfortable. There is no sponge with detergent in the kitchen Moreover, the furniture is very beautiful, there were even two dressing tables in my room, I took a larger, more expensive category. Location: for a good breakfast and dinner we had to walk 25 minutes to the center, in the end we moved closer to the center, the hotel has good reviews but is so dirty! So the pavilion was really clean in terms of cleanliness. A deposit is not required upon arrival. They can exchange money, but it is not possible late in the evening, only during certain hours

We booked a hotel with breakfast, but when we arrived at the hotel we found out that the restaurant was open and we were offered a refund for breakfast. We refused and suggested that the hotel resolve this issue and organize breakfast at another hotel. The hotel coped with the task. The hotel itself is very nice, new, freshly renovated. Nose. There are problems with cleanliness, as in almost all hotels in Vietnam. In the room itself there were problems with the toilet; sometimes the water would not flush and the toilet would simply fill with water. The bathtub had no curtain and was installed in a “designer” way, which caused water to flow through the walls onto the floor. There was some women's hair here and there. The hotel does not have a swimming pool or gym, but there is a good Spa, but the problems are the same, no cleaning. The floor is dirty and has not been washed for a long time, there is sand in the jacuzzi, the handle and bench in the sauna are broken. I hope they will open the restaurant in the near future and eliminate all the shortcomings. Overall, I really liked the hotel for its design and spaciousness.

There is a building in front of the second row, partially with sea view, the room is large. The toilet paper in the bathroom is hard to get. The toiletries are not easy to use. Everything else is good.

All facilities are very new, clean rooms, friendly staff, reasonable prices, especially the beautiful jacuzzi and sauna. However, there are some minus points: the Xiaomi TV is very laggy and the room door is not well soundproofed. The laughter from the room opposite the end of the hallway made it impossible for me to sleep, but after that the hotel staff got back to work. with the guest in the opposite room to handle my feedback.

It's a small hotel, but it's clean and the staff is friendly. The smart TV is large so your time at the hotel will never be boring.
