At first I was very confused, thinking that everything would be complicated and the information was not written down. But I figured it out myself and went to the Apartments counter (not the Panorama Hotel!), and there I was checked in and paid. The manager showed up later. As I understood, different agents manage their apartments. At first I got one on the 23rd floor with a side view of the sea, and you know, in reality they were fresher and the balcony was bigger, but there was no normal refrigerator and the smart TV did not work. Later I immediately said that I wanted a sea view and a higher floor, and they moved me without a word, and I stayed there for a week. The location is top in Nha Trang for me. There is a good beach and a shopping center and a bunch of eateries and transport and most importantly views! Yes, the pool upstairs is paid separately and it has a transparent bottom 😁 what I didn’t like was that the cleaning was sometimes very mediocre, while I asked for it only 2-3 times a week! It turned out that they hardly changed the bed linen, they just smoothed it out, even when I said so clearly! There were no glasses or goblets, only cups, but they brought a glass when I made a comment. There was another small thing, I don't know, maybe it's the mentality. There was no rag to wipe the kitchen, well, how could you do without it, and all the towels were white, well, let's say I damaged a tiny towel, I don't remember how much, but they asked for about 30k dong, and this despite the fact that I paid above market and stayed for two weeks instead of 4 days! A small thing, but unpleasant. There are no hangers on the balcony, I had to improvise for drying, devices from sticks 😄 Well, in general, the hostess is adequate, albeit cunning 😘 oh yeah, the elevators are a real minus here, no logic, stuffy, but generally bearable ... but God forbid you get stuck in them!
