Everything was fine, but there was construction going on downstairs these days, which started every morning. I stayed here for three days. I asked the front desk and they didn't know how many days it would take to complete the repairs, so I moved to Diamond Bay.

This is my first time staying in such a crappy accommodation. They say they only write good reviews but never bad ones, but I'm going too far with this review. This is my 7th time in Laos, Thailand, Macau, China, Japan, and especially Vietnam, and this is the worst. I'm not very sensitive to sleeping and can sleep with just a mat, but there was nothing good about this place except for the location. I checked in at 1:00, left my luggage, and went out. When I came back at night, there was mold on the bed sheets, a cockroach with camouflage on the carpet, and some smelly thing had been here before, so the pillow smelled all over (it didn't seem to suck it up), the joints of the walls were torn, and it was just a total mess. At 11 PM, I told them I couldn't sleep in a room like this and asked them to change rooms, but they didn't come to check on the room after work and said they couldn't change them because there were no rooms available right now. They said they would change them at a certain time tomorrow, so I wouldn't be in the room at that time, so they should come early when I am or come when I go out and come back and change rooms. I said I would move my luggage, but they said they couldn't because another guest had to check in. In the end, they just asked me to clean up the cockroaches, change the blanket, and change the pillow. The blanket that they changed had mold or something on the top of its head, and the pillow was the same. The swimming pool isn't the one in the picture, it's just a crazy hotel. In the first place, two hotels are operating in the building together and the reception isn't open 24 hours. There was no phone in the room, so when I went down to the first floor to complain, they said they would contact me through KakaoTalk. They turned on the no cleaning and no ringing switches, and when I went out, they cleaned it however they wanted; I really hate it when other people come into my room when I'm not there, but they come in on their own and clean every day... They don't come in when there's someone there, and they wait in the hallway when I'm out like a ghost and come in. I wonder if there's a CCTV in the room. They didn't see me come out of the room, so how come they don't come in when I'm in the room and crawl in and clean whenever I go out; you should absolutely never go there^^ (In the last picture, they crawled in to clean and left what looked like dog food on the head of the blanket. I was sleeping and when I looked over to see what was in their way, there was what looked like dog food on their face;; Man, this really pisses me off)
