I consider this a business class hotel. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, it is very pleasant to stay. The staff is friendly, the room was clean, I have no complaints) I will definitely come back!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks, in 3 different rooms.
In any room something was broken (nightstand, microwave) the staff doesn't care about you (because they have no interest) I wanted to extend the room but they said there are no places. And through the Trip.com website there are. I extended it through them (it really helps out.
A huge minus is the elevators. It's just awful, you can stand for 15 minutes waiting for it to arrive. And if you go up to your room then there is a risk of fighting with someone over a place in the elevator. Because so many people gather that it comes to swearing to decide who will go first. Although there are 8 elevators.
