I stayed for 3 nights. The booking included both transfer and breakfast. In fact: the transfer is paid (300,000), there was no breakfast (2 pcs.). A quiet place, probably the 4th line and not near the road, where there are endless mopeds. That's why the price is lower than in other hotels. For a budget trip. In the morning on the 2nd day (I turned on do not disturb on the 1st day) 3 maids came running at 9 am. Probably because it was the 1st floor (3rd floor by height), they changed towels, linen, gave water, washed the floors. Smiling and friendly girls. My advice: if they charge you for free services, collect receipts. So that you can later show the operator of your dream trip. All the best))

Excellent room service, clean and moderately sized room. The price is affordable and not expensive. The clientele is more Chinese than European.

Book this hotel and transfer to another hotel in a small alley, the reception is ok but transferring guests to another place is not very suitable

Location. Price is good, but there is a smoking area in the hallway. The room looks clean when you look at it, but the soles of your feet get black after 5 minutes of walking barefoot.

The hotel is spacious, beautiful and has enthusiastic staff, especially the large car park.

The surrounding tenants are too scattered and noisy.

How does dog waste grow in a place like this? Smell, cleanliness, location are all worst

There is basically no hot water in the hotel. This is my first time staying in a hotel and there is no hot water.

The staff couldn’t be bothered to offer any form of assistance. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than addressing guest concerns. On top of that, they made inappropriate comments and smirked when we asked for help

This hotel has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The staff were disrespectful, laughing when I tried to ask for help and treating me as if my concerns were a joke. I’ve never felt so disrespected as a guest. Customer service is non-existent at this hotel. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. They laughed at our requests and didn’t bother to help at all. I will never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Beware!!! They charged me extra upon check out, stating the "online prices were incorrect." I extended in person a night (also stating I was good to stay longer) before my original check out, and they still proceeded to lock me out telling me they sold my room already. So in the end, I feel pretty disappointed in their services. They didn't even seem to care the shower was clogged and not fixed until three nights after I arrived. Will never stay here again!

Our family stay at Aries Hotel was a mixed experience. The hotel boasts an extremely spacious parking lot, ideal for our large group of nearly 200 people. The service was prompt and efficient, especially when we encountered an issue in one of the rooms; the staff quickly resolved it. However, we noticed that the rooms were separated by rather thin adjoining doors, affecting privacy. We hope the hotel addresses this concern for a better experience.

My stay at Aries Hotel was delightful. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic, though the management could be a bit more flexible and accommodating to guests' needs. What stood out was the hotel's pet-friendly policy, a wonderful feature that I highly appreciate.

They efficiently resolved the problem by offering to upgrade my room to a higher category without any additional cost. The new room was spacious and comfortable, providing a sense of luxury and maximum relaxation. However, one minor area for improvement is the bathtub size in the room, which felt a bit cramped and uncomfortable to use. Furthermore, the service and attitude of the staff were exceptional. They were always attentive and responsive, catering to every request with a friendly and prompt demeanor. Overall, despite some areas that could be improved, I was very pleased with my experience at Aries Hotel and will consider returning in the future.
