The location is really good. Near to Lotte Golfcaost and lots of international hotels. The front desk staffs are kind and well respond to my request, including printing. One thing that needs to be done is the ventilation while there is no customer. Everything is quite good.

When checking out at the front desk, there was no one in line, but they said they would check the room before returning the deposit. I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes. After I urged them several times and said they had to catch a flight, they had no choice but to return the deposit. It was a very bad experience.

The suite is no good, dirty. The check-in and check-out experience was very poor.

The room is spacious and the bedding is comfortable. I stayed for 3 nights, and it has all the kitchen appliances, so it's good to stay as a family unit. Check-in and check-out were fast and the reception staff spoke English. However, in the pool, the drain pipe on the floor protruded sharply, so the soles of my feet were stamped and bleeding. 1 cm was added. The hotel gave me disinfectant and a band to solve the urgent problem, but after returning home, I went to the hospital again.

Very good, but you can't bring snacks

4 nights 6 days trip to Nha Trang 4 years ago, this trip was also a 2-night hotel. Ocean view is so good. It's close to the city and it's right in front of the beach.

The location is very good and the hotel condition is also very good. Great value for money. We plan to visit again next time

Stayed only one night but… the interior design of the serviced apartment is terrible To boil water need to do on the floor because the electrical power socket to insert the power plug is designed under the eating table. My lap top had run out of battery and I could not find any other plug closed to the working table so I had to borrow the extension from reception and signed to pay of VND 500,000 if I would lose this power extension socket The lobby is too tiny The restaurant is outside the building and have to walk for a 5 mins not a good idea to stay here. For sure will not come back

It s nice and clean. Also the managers are so kind and reliable. There is no place to live in nahtrang but the costa. However the rental fee is too high. it has a neat swimming pool and gym. It is suitable for family touriest not residence due to the fee.

Very upset with my booking experience. I booked the best suite with 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. And the Day of my arrival they told me that they only have the suite with 2 bedroom 2 beds or downgrade me with the suite of 2 bedroom, 3 beds to a smaller less nice suite and also $50 less expensive, but to compensate they would give us breakfast. I was very upset. Because I was forced to choose one of those options as they would not cancel and refund me even though they couldn’t not give me the original suite I paid for and booked The breakfast was horrible and the downgraded room was not nice and is not a 5 star. I’m still very upset about how they handled the situation. I even asked them if they can at least charge me for the lower room price as we need the 3 beds and had to downgrade and they Would not! They still kept my money.

Central location. Spacious, clean, and convenient apartment. Comfortable beds. Great view of the ocean. We stayed at several hotels on Tran Phu street before, and Costa is much better than those by far.
