Nice view from hotel room. Room is clean with complete amenities. Good value for money as buffet breakfast is already included.

Nice hotel, good breakfast. The pool is a bit dirty. There is no gym, 3 exercise machines. The rooms are small but cozy depending on the category. The Internet sometimes froze.

The room is small, the sound insulation is not very good, the hotel does not take the initiative to receive guests, the buffet is mediocre, and the facilities barely bring back some goodwill.

Not even worths 2 stars. The room was soo dirty that I could barely touch anything. The AC not working and noisy. The bathtub and sink had lots of brown stains and leaked water. The worst thing was the receptionist behaviour. Felt like we own them a fortune. Didn't bother to give even a smile and they kept our ID card which is illegal.

Good location, that's all. Breakfast is very poor, there is practically nothing to eat. The rooms are small, the air conditioning works very poorly every now and then. The bathroom is very small and moldy. When you wash, water pours onto the floor, the entire floor is covered in water. They don’t get away from the word at all, they don’t even sweep it up. When checking out, they attributed a broken soap dish, which was intact when leaving the room. I had to pay 180,000 dong. A very unpleasant situation. Of all the staff, only the butler is a very polite and friendly guy.
