I was disappointed that the elevator was too hot and regular guests could not use the rooftop pool. Location is very good. Close to the sea, night market, and downtown. The room condition is also very good.

Disgusting hotel, or rather the service! We asked for cleaning every day, went to the reception three times a day so that they would clean us at least once! There was no hot water at all; we had to wash ourselves with ice water! The cleaning is terrible, they came and shook off the dirt from place to place, the floors were always covered in trash, they never cleaned the balcony at all! Just terrible service! Never in my life has such horror happened in any hotel!
