Hotels near DTA PHUOC APARTMENT, Nhon Trach District

For the price, you can’t beat it. This hotel is a distance away from district 1 but that’s exactly why I wanted to stay here. It’s nowhere near as busy and it has all the amenities you’d expect from a nice hotel. It has an awesome gym with decent equipment, a great view of the city with a rooftop pool, and best of all it’s very affordable. I recommend to anyone who is staying in Ho Chi Minh City.

Very close to Ho Chi Minh Exhibition and Convention Center, 5 minutes drive by Grab. Quiet upscale neighborhood, the landlord is very nice, and gave us free mini bar and red wine. Two-bedroom apartment with a living room, highly recommended for business travel in District 7!

The hotel room is good for the price. I would come back with pleasure. I am writing this review to compliment Mr. Autumn who provided an excellent service from the check-in to the everyday needs (with a very nice English). Thank you for your energy, and good vibes. It was very much appreciated and noticed.

I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, etc. Although I have to take a taxi a bit from the downtown area, I think I will stay at this hotel again next time!!!

Friendly staff and well appointed clean modern apartment with great views. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was spotless and well maintained. Kudos to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. The development also has a Starbucks and grocery store in the Oxygen Mall right next to the Hotel. There are also a couple of other malls within a 5 min taxi ride. Very convenient. We travelled from the airport to hotel via Grab app private hire car and it cost less than VND200k. Inexpensive and convenient. Travel to attractions in the city was fuss free with a daily free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Driver was helpful and friendly. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, including the security at the front door. Special thanks to front desk staff Dennis and housekeeping staff Ngoc and Yloang. Thank you for making my family’s stay comfortable. Highly recommended this hotel.

Fast check in. They provide welcome drink & snack. The breakfast was just ok for this type of hotel, egg station, salad, fruits, cereal, bacon, sausage, fries, rice, and vegetables variation. Merperla is an ideal choice for a business traveler or rather for someone specifically in Ho Chi Minh to attend an exhibition at the Saigon Convention Center. Its located in District 7 and the city comes alive around District 1. So if you are visiting HCM for business meetings or tourists, look for accommodation in District 1 or around. Merperla, however, is located minutes from the Convention Center and is a lovely hotel to stay in. Make sure you ask for rooms on the top floor facing the convention center for a lovely view. Rooms are spacious, equipped with all basic amenities to ensure your comfort. The hotel also offers in-room dining facilities and serves some decent choice of dishes. The would have only a dish or two if you are a vegetarian, however otherwise, a good menu to choose from. Portions and quality of the food - really good. The hotel also serves a good breakfast. The staff is friendly, accommodative and cooperative. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the exhibition center almost every 20-30 minutes and immediately if you make a decent request to the staff. Make sure you book early to grab a good deal, otherwise the hotel is a little expensive (but worth it) compared to other good & limited stay options around the convention center. To sum it all, I had a comfortable and a really memorable stay at the hotel.

The room facilities and sanitary conditions are all OK, but the landlord's service attitude is very bad. I extended the booking and it took a long time until late at night before he replied to my message. When I tried to express the current difficulties, the landlord directly sent a message in the local language saying that he didn't want to argue with me, saying that the guests never understood him and would never understand him, and asked me to cancel directly. I felt very offended and rude.

Facilities such as swimming pool, gym are modernly equipped, fully meet the needs of training and relaxation. The apartment I rented is airy, fully furnished, very comfortable. In particular, the host is very friendly and enthusiastic support during the stay. I appreciate the quality of service at Masteri An Phu and are completely satisfied with my choice.
