We reserved this place because it was managed bh Marriott. Unless there was many cheap places. But the place was dirty. No slippers but the carpet was very dirty. There was trashes and bags of food and snickers around the bed, on the back of wardrobes. It was messy, dirty and the service was so bad. Expensive. Bar didn’t have any draft beer in their beer sinks and bartender didn’t know what he had and was dull. He didn’t wanted any order. I never been to such hostile place paying 120$ per night where other same ranking places were 40$-50$ at most.

The room was very clean and spacious but the balcony was very dirty and had a dead bird which was never removed even though it was brought to their attention. The room had a microwave which was convenient. Niagara was like a 20 minutes walk away and the trail was beautiful to get there. Other hotels are closer to Niagara tho. The hotel staff did not seem to understand what was included in the booking as he was new and told us breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Had to go quite a distance to a Walmart. Overall, there are better options closer to Niagara and the main areas with lots of options to shop and dine.

It's such the nice experience here. I recommend to come to stay here.

The hygiene of the hotel is worrying, and it is strongly recommended that you choose carefully. First of all, there was a strange smell when we got out of the elevator on the third floor. Second, the most unbearable thing was that the mites and other insects on the bed bit us a lot, and the whole body was itchy and uncomfortable. In addition, we booked a room for two days. That night, we saw that there was water on the toilet floor and almost fell. After checking, we found that the pipe under the washbasin was leaking, so we could only use two large bath towels to spread on the ground. When I checked out, I told the room about these problems. The front desk only said that I knew it, and the attitude was blunt. Also, after waiting for a long time, the bill will not be printed, and finally I have to leave! Anyway, I will not come back in the future. I have seen the Nicaragua Falls for most of the day at most. The surrounding area is basically wasteland. It is recommended to stay at most for one night or leave the day after watching the waterfall.

Washrooms were not cleaned properly prior to our check in. Also room smelled very bad. TV was there but no netflix/amazon was available.

Arrived late from a long drive. Room was 68° when we arrived. Set thermostat higher, went to sleep assuming it would eventually kick in. TV had only local channels. Was told in the morning TV and heat would be worked on while we were out for the day. Came back around 8pm, neither issue was resolved. Staff didn't offer to move us to another room, I had to pursue the matter. Eventually, we were given another room, where the heat and TV worked fine. The lobby and other areas (pool out of order) of hotel are in a state of renovation. Noticed in both rooms, the towel near shower was plush and soft, however the other towels on rack were worn out and in need of replacement. The staff was friendly, just didn't meet expectations regarding resolving issues. The area is secluded, nothing within a couple blocks for snacks. Closest building looks to be a warehouse across the street.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, the staff is rude and unprofessional, bad cleaning service in the rooms, horrible breakfast service (Starbucks), empty all the time without customer service, try to have breakfast for 2 days and It was impossible, really very frustrating considering that it was very cold and it was difficult to go out.

We spent the last night of our trip here because our first hotel didn’t have anymore available days. Our plan was to just swim and relax. After we checked in the girl told us the pool is closed for renovations! That shouldn’t been brought to our attention beforehand or we should’ve got a discount. The beds are very firm and our pillows were lumpy. Besides those few details it was fine.

First of all, the area is a food desert. The facility was fine, but the food options in the area are not great. Kudos to the one person who was working in the hotel restaurant - who had the responsibility of ALL of the duties to get food out to customers. Because she was the only one working, the menu was limited. She took our order, cooked the food, rang us up at the register....She was a sweetheart!!

The room was very large to accommodate us and the manager at this hotel was wonderful. A few things to consider. The pool is not very large and there was no on-site breakfast. I thought those things were included but I should have looked at the small print. I would recommend this hotel for a couple but would chose a different Marriot if you are traveling with children just due to the pool size and lack of breakfast on-site.

The bed in the room had a large stain on it. Was charged $10 for breakfast but there was no breakfast available.

I've stayed at many Marriott courtyards. Usually it's always a pleasant stay and I have nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately this time that was not the case.The rooms are very spacious the the building is very nice it's in the old chocolate factory unfortunately the heat did not work. So space heaters will provided but we're not adequate to heat the room. I woke up the next morning for breakfast that I paid for to find out that due to staffing issues and/or lack of sales, they did not provide breakfast. The front desk lady was not very helpful and brought out a thing of coffee for me acting as if that would suffice. When I asked for a finalized receipt instead all I received was a receipt for $10.38 for a parking fee that I knew nothing about. She further explained take it up with *******. I would not recommend to my company that we not stay there and unfortunately if they got things right it would be a beautiful place to stay. I won't even get into the ex military side of me that would say that the flag that was outside was tattered and it half staff because the string was wrapped around the pole, I volunteered to fix it for them, and the comment was " I will let maintenance know"

I really liked the atmosphere it felt modern while sticking to its roots from the original chocolate factory. I also loved the soze fo the room. Plenty of space. I didn't really care for the gym due to limited options.

Employee was noy friendly and the pool was closed for renovations.
