very old hotel . does not look like a 5 star but location , staff , facilities all no 1 . it was a plesent stay here for 2 days

It has good location, near the park. The hotel is a bit old. The Niagara Falls are good to visit.

Nice hotel with great staff and very comfortable beds. Pool was very nice and the restaurants were decent. Right across the street from Seneca Niagara ****** and a couple blocks from Niagara Falls.

The hotel is in a great location, less than ten minutes' walk to the Great Falls Park. I also stayed at the ** Hotel opposite for one night. In comparison, the Sheraton bathroom was slightly smaller and the facilities were slightly older, but the front desk staff was very nice when I checked in.

It is very close to the hotel and the waterfall, but there is no indoor parking lot. The outdoor parking lot is 16 dollars per night. If the vehicle is stolen or smashed, you are responsible for it. The front desk service is very poor. Sometimes the employees are resting in the rest room instead of sitting at the front desk. When checking out, even though I didn't park in the hotel parking lot, they still assumed that I parked. Fortunately, I took a look at the bill. Apple Pay is not supported, only credit cards are accepted.

This Sheraton Hotel is very close to Niagara Falls, and it is very convenient. It is very clean inside, and the bed is big and comfortable. I will choose to stay in this hotel in the future, first choice!

Very nice hotel with excellent service. The swimming pool is superb. The room is spacious with fridge and microwave. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Niagara Falls, so an excellent location. I recommend it with no hesitation.

The hotel is dilapidated, not recommended to stay. The floor at the entrance of the hotel is broken and has not been repaired

The cleanliness is not worthy of the Sheraton brand. The sound insulation of the room is too poor. You can hear the snoring from the next room in the middle of the night
