This is quite simply a beautiful place to stay. This was our first time here, we've been at many Falls hotels before, and our first in a converted dairy building . Our room was spacious, clean and well designed. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. This is a smaller Inn so not at all like the chains that dot the Falls, much more intimate. Our main floor room had openable windows so plenty of fresh air, a big comfy bed, and great shower. It was very quiet especially considering we were only a few blocks from the 'speedway' and Clifton Hill so were able to leisurely loll about until noon. The croissant plus breakfast was delicious and included in the rate. The Sterling is a block away from the Victoria WEGO stop which is convenient for the car-less. The TV remote took a bit of figuring out even with the detailed guide. Also, the coffee was weak but these are pretty minor in the grand scheme of things. Will definitely be back!

We travel to Niagara Falls on a fairly regular basis and over the last few years the Doubletree has been our go to hotel – rooms are dated but a reasonable balance of price, location, parking. This trip was different – for reasons unknown check in took 35 minutes – I had a printed copy of the reservation but still the staff member repeatedly checked the computer, consulted with a colleague behind the scenes. At the 20minute mark I joked that maybe they were having difficulty finding us an upgrade and received a hostile “no chance” from the mystery person behind the scene. At 35 minutes the key was produced with no apology or explanation for the delay. Our next drama was entirely our own fault – ironed a pair of pants, hung them in the closet and forgot them. Called the next day and after several tries ended up talking to the housekeeping manager who was not in the slightest bit interested – claimed that her staff would not overlook something in the closet and would not take them – leaving the only option that we somehow made the story up! Not interested in having a staff person double check the room or look around to see if they were placed somewhere else. Tourists have returned in full force to Niagara Falls and prices have taken a significant jump while service in many places – particularly this hotel – has nosedived. We wont be back.

Our stay was excellent. There was an issue at check-in where the room type we paid for was not the room issued which appears to be an error between Trip.com and Hilton. Although the hotel was sold out they were able to find the room type we purchased.
Overall our stay was excellent and of course perfect location. We were surprised that housekeeping services resumed as normal which was very pleasant and appreciated.
We will stay at the Hilton again on our next visit.
PS: the North Tower elevator issues seem to have improved in this stay.

This hotel is amazing! We were on our honeymoon and received an upgrade to a jacuzzi room with a falls view! The view from our room was absolutely amazing, we looked right down over the falls! The staff also gave us food vouchers and it was a very generous gesture and we were very appreciative of it! The room was clean and the hotel was well maintained. The only issue I had at this hotel was they charged a $100 deposit as I don’t have a credit card, and there was issues with getting the deposit back as they said they released it back to my ‘credit card’ however I explained a debit/ credit doesn’t work like they, they became confrontational, the general manager called me and he was a bit rude and arrogant. I still have not received my deposit back. My husband and I are on a cross country road trip for our honey moon and have stayed in quite a few hotels so far, and this was they only hotel that had an issue with refunding the deposit.

Super tolle Lage an den Niagara Fällen. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Blick auf die Niagara Fälle. Freundlicher Empfang. Valet Parking für unseren Miet SUV = 100 Kanadische Dollar. Aufgrund der Top Lage ist das Hotel sehr beliebt und daher von sehr vielen Menschen besucht. Der Andrang am Frühstücksbüffet bereits um 7:30 Uhr ist immens. Wartezeit am Buffet für ein Omelett mind. 20 Minuten und beim Rest vom Buffet geht es drunter und drüber. Sitzplätze werden selber ausgesucht was zu einem mittleren Chaos führt. Das Personal ist heillos überfordert. Hier sollte man die Frühstückspolitik eventuell nochmal überdenken. Einzig toll am Frühstück ist der Ausblick auf die Niagarafälle

This is by far the most affordable stay for the visit in Niagara Falls. Everything from staff members to the location and pool is satisfying. The price is affordable, which also includes a decent amount of food for breakfast that doesn’t make me panic for going out. The overall experience is good but I caught 5 bugs on the first day in my room.

Perfect view and good location for enjoying the Niagara falls. The only problem was toilet and it ruined my family's stay. The toilet was plugged at the beginning of the use and fixed while we out but happened again around 10pm when returned the room. Over night couldn't use toilet until next 6am until fixed, (the person who fixed early in the morning ws so gentle and so nice) but then plugged again around 8am but didn't fixed until checked out. So during 1 night stay my families used lobby washroom. The receptionist over the phone asked about did I flushed too much toilet paper that made me so embarrassed because it sounded 3 times of plugged toilet were my family's fault. We've been stayed many hotels all over the world but these things never happened before. Worst stay ever.

Had a short gateway to Niagara Falls from Toronto and deciding to stay in the Radisson since it is one of many hotels that provide the falls view from the room.
Check in and check out we're smooth and timely efficient. Room was clean and cozy with a nice view of the horseshoes falls.
Location was great. 20 mins walk to the fall or 5 mins using the incline train which is nearby.

Stayed here for a quick getaway to the Niagara region. This hotel is very close to the factory outlets and approximately 20 mins to the falls. The staff at the front desk were amazing and we very impressed with the room and all of the hotel facilities. It’s very clean and well maintained. Plenty of free parking and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

But be careful with the WiFi. I didn’t sign up for extra. But after check out they send me the receive for extra charge for the WIFI. ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING.

GGuest UserGood: so cute! Older home with 3 bedrooms. Main floor is unit 1 with a large closet with fridge, it’s own bathroom The hood: Room 1 on the main floor featured a private bath with a tub/shower, shampoo, etc. and more towels than I’ve ever seen for 2 people. Queen sized bed, 2 nightstands and lamps, small bistro set and TV. You enter a common area which features a small table and chairs, and a series of slippers and Crocs to give you the hint that taking shoes off is welcomed. There is also a desk with a laptop set up, and wifi. Next is a room set up as a dining room with cups, plates, flatwear, a micro, coffee pot, mini fridge and a formal wood dining table for 6. This is where breakfast was served in the past. They now leave snacks and fruit as well as coffee for the coffee maker, cream in the fridge, and some rather good biscotti when we were there. The owner lives in the house behind, which is attached, but has no internal connection. I understand there are 2 more units upstairs that are large and maybe share a seating area on the landing. The Falls are down the street, maybe 6 blocks or less. The best souvenirs are located in the State Park gift shop next to Victoria’s Restuarant and Tim Horton’s. Ex: small maple syrup in a glass maple leafed shaped bottle $5.98. Elsewhere is was 7.98 and up. The owner has carefully and cheerfully decorated all the parts we saw. With permission, she can show you a washer and dryer in the house. The Red Ganache Bakery down the street is fabulous. I had some dark chocolate cup filled with coconut cream. And there were several gluten free options, including macarons (not macaroons.. a different thing). The rest of the story; Communication, and breakfast. There are listings all over for this property and due to language barriers and being a small operation, not everything is up to date. There is no hot tub. There are bathtubs. There is no beautiful, wonderful country breakfast that comes with your stay. Fruit and biscotti or muffins, coffee, etc. The photos on Tripmasters of the breakfasts and idea of guests gathered around, visiting, was the reason I booked here. The Red Ganache helped me get over it. And.. the phone numbers seem to change a lot. Or maybe they had a land line that went away. And English is not their first language, so be patient. Lastly, most odd and nothing to do with the listing… transportation to and from Pearson Airport is non existent. Oh there’s a bus… $200 for 2 and upwards of 4 hours to get there. We Uber’d for about the same price, and on a weekday around 3, it still took 2 hours to get there. On a weekday around 9 am, the reverse trip was around an hour. Car rental was $500 for an economy car for 3 days, before any gas, taxes or insurance. So, it is Cozy and it offers an alternative to the $300-700 a night hotels. Sorry, my photos were on the way out.

GGuest UserWe researched the package deal and called the hotel directly to book because we had some questions about it. I tried calling the hotel for hours without them answering. So I called the restaurants directly. Skylon answered snd told me the deal is specific. Either salad or French onion soup to start with fresh bread, butter, striploin, chicken, pasta, prime rib, desert was black forest cake or mocha pudding. Plus tea or coffee. Btw no raw or brown sugar available. CoCos steak house never answered their phone after several calls over several hours. In the package it includes one meal at the Skylon one meal at COCOs Steak House. I assumed the dinner would be comparable and the breakfast would be decent. Was I in for a wake up call. Upon checking in which is slow and guests are very frustrated with the speed and etiquette mannerisms they receive at this hotel. In 3 days I never heard ; hello, welcome, thanks for staying, good morning, how was your stay, have a good day, good afternoon, etc. Upon entering our room it was modern, wood floors, wallpaper that was peeling on every wall, sliding door that barely worked, probably from 1970s. TV was small, remote was old and didn't work well. The towels were not in the room, no wash clothes etc. I called the front desk but had to go myself to get them. The bath mat never came. The bottom of the tub is extremely slippery, dangerously. The bed however was extremely comfortable and the linens high quality and spotless clean. The pillows were great as well. The rest of the room was clean with no complaints. Although I requested a higher floor, we received a ground floor, so no balcony or outside furniture to relax. Also for security reasons I prefer upper floors. Dinner at Skylon was great. The views, the food, and service were all excellent, although my meat was slightly overcooked it wasn't worth mentioning to the server. Dinner the following night at COCOs steak house was the complete opposite. The dinner selection was quite limited. Choice of one entrée, no appetizer, no desert. ! You had the choice of personal size pizza, chicken, prime rib, pasta. Although I had rare prime rib the night before, I ordered it again. They included choice of potato and veggies. I had baked potato. They don't have the loaded option although they have butter, sour cream, and bacon. Dinner arrived and was a sad story. Although I asked for rare, it was obviously cooked days earlier and reheated to well done. The portion was small, meat was extremely chewy, and no flavor at all. Served on a small diner plate with sour cream in a plastic cup. Definitely not worth $140 that was the price difference per night for the upgrade for the meal package. Breakfast at COCOs was sad too. It was limited to tea, or coffee, no option for juice, pancakes, or waffles Two eggs, bacon or sausage with toast but rye wasn't available either day just because it wasn't I was told. Lol. This was incredibly helpful, as we were here for a dance competition and needed the space to rest between dances. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Milestones host and servers were very accommodating to our large party, despite needing to change the party number multiple times. We had a city view room, but had a wonderful view of the falls from the large windows by the elevators and in the restaurant. The location is great for viewing the falls, but is a bit of a trek to Clifton Hill.

RroiberadorThe location is perfect! There is no kettle for coffee, no slippers, no toothbrush and no bath tub. These are free items/things i get or have when I was travelling in China. It is quite normal to have a kettle for tea or coffee. I understand that there is no bath tub because I did not actually check the amenities when I booked it. I was at the 29th floor and my view was the city and not the falls but its ok because that is what I paid for. The best thing is if you go to the 25th floor you will have an amazing view of the Niagara Falls. I would still highly recommend this hotel for those who will go to Niagara Falls. Thank you Tower Hotel...

This is a budget hotel. This place was budget clean with a free budget breakfast. Therefore, we give this place a budget hotel rating. You pay for what you get. We felt safe at the hotel, clean enough where you don't mind taking your shoes off when you come in and the breakfast they fed us was edible, dry pancakes, value cereals - but the coffee was horrid. Tasted like stale decaf. Needless to say the breakfast did not play a favorable part in the overall experience. Would we consider coming back? Maybe, but it's not a place we would prioritize on a future visit to the Falls.

GGuest UserI was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.

GGuest UserVery courteous and professional front desk agents. Well appointed room with comfortable bedding and shower. Wi-Fi unable to reach room and constantly showing “no internet connection”. After informing front desk at checkout that this was the only unfortunate downside to my stay, I asked that the $CAD5.00 facility fee be credited as a goodwill gesture. After checking with her manager, his answer was no. I am a Wyndham Rewards Diamond member who books often through Trip.com due to the unbeatable rates. This manager has a lot to learn about retaining customers. A small goodwill gesture such as that would have persuaded me to return, however now there is no longer a reason to. There are plenty of hotels in that area that have functioning amenities covered by their facility charge.

The shower is to die for.the location couldn’t be better it’s only a 6 min drive to Niagara Falls.we enjoyed the hotel so much that we extended our stay by 2 more days.Only thing was that it was advertised that they had continental breakfast but they did not have it everyday.They said only on weekends

I saw that the hotel has been renovated, the hygiene and environment are much better than before, and the front desk service has improved a lot. I just forgot to take pictures again. There is a red 601 bus at the door, which is very convenient for visiting Waterfall City. Awesome👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
