Very well located 5 minutes walk from the falls and just behind the Skylon tower. Free parking. The hotel is ok, good bedding. There was a stained sheet and bedspread when we arrived but when I reported it the team was very responsive to remake the beds.

The room is very big, very close to the tower, and the waterfall is only a few minutes' walk away. Parking is free.
The hotel also has a swimming pool and the rooms have balconies, but the hotel floor is not high so you can't see the waterfall from the room.

Excellent location for Skylon Tower and the falls with free guest parking. IHG members can requested late checkout. The building is a 6 stories property, so you won’t have falls view, but it is very close to the falls (less than 10 mins walk)
