Great location but hotel is dated.
The rooms are small even after upgrading.
We had to change rooms on the 2nd night and no fridge on first night either.
No room service or provisions for families with young children.
Fall view room wasn’t great.

Location and services are good. You can see the Niagara falls from the room. Rooms are a bit old and worn down though. Sound proofing is quite bad so we can hear people in the hallway and other rooms.

The location is very good. There is a rainbow bridge right outside the door. If you have a US visa, you can go to the United States for about 50 RMB (1 Canadian dollar to leave Canada, 6 US dollars to enter the United States). Many people at the front desk are Indians. Their attitude is very bad. The facilities are very old. According to the definition of domestic hotels, it is only three-star level. It is hard to accept that parking costs 50 Canadian dollars + tax + tax (tax is 2 types of tax). I specially booked a room with a waterfall view. The room I was given was average. I couldn't change it through communication. I originally planned to stay for 2 nights, but I changed it to 1 night. I will definitely not stay at Crown next time. Super disappointed.
