Paid a lit for a jacuzzi suite jacuzzi did not work for two nights out of 3 and was refused any refund.

No hot water in the evening, bath tube dirty,beds so sage, paint piling off the walls and doors..terrible, never stayed in such a dump. Don't be fooled by the breakfast, it's only hard boiled eggs and bagels basically. Ohh and $9 parking fee in this dump which wasn't ever mentioned

I think it was one of the worse places I ever stayed at you have to pay 7 dollars to park and the
parking lot is full of potholes. the TV in the room was so fuzzy I couldn't even watch it the beds where uncomfortable and i forgot to mention you have to pay a 100 dollars deposit for the room and we had to move to a different room because it smelled like cigarettes and I'm 69 years old Hadi caped they put me on the 2nd floor and had to walk outside on the balcony a long walk. and there people living there all the time and have a chair outside that says f---off not very professional and last but least someone pulled the fire alarm and woke us up what a crazy night and place.

Nothing like it was supposed to be. If I could have given negative stars so would have. Had no restaurant like stated even found drug paraphernalia under sofa. First time I ever went to Canada will never ever go back to this hotel. Hidden fees pay for onsite parking and 300 dollar deposit. Will be refunded apron checkout still waiting. Place should be closed down.

We used your booking site for the first time, and I’m not happy or satisfied. I was mislead by the false advertisement that are displayed on the website. We drove 7hrs in a car with 2 young children, with plenty of time for staff to have our room arranged and ready. Upon arrival the staff were friendly but as we started to settle in after our long drive and late hour arriving. The room it self had -a consistent running water sound, Toilet was hard to flush, Bathtub didn’t drain -the room phone didn’t work had to walk to retrieve front door staff for assistance. -no garage cans -tv was equipped with remote but there’s no power to tv. (Not working) -there’s a smell/ordor -the room is dark there’s lights switches but failed to have any lights -lots of ants -**** being smoked outside several rooms -it’s fifty -there’s no hot tub even with (pictures provided on the website) -advertised there’s an outdoor pool( there isn’t one) -mold and dirty floors -The ice machines (both) broken and no ice on site for us to use. -You were charged extra for a fridge or microwave- you needed to request it and they’d bring you one

Room 237 was a nightmare. We were welcomed by an awful smoke/muggy/damp smell thinking it will go away once temperature cools down. But temperature never went down - AC was not working. Room was so dark no bedside lamp provided - we had to ask for one. Bathroom was so dark and there was no shower curtain - had to ask and put it myself. Bed duvet was not changed by the looks of it. Sink faucet was not working.

The first room we got there was blood on the wall it was disgusting smelled of smoke was dirty and the second room had ants in the bed floors bathroom sinks , wifi does not work , tv does not work and ppl near us there’s didn’t too . Lamps were broken they have electrical tape on windows !! Plugs don’t work !! It’s horrendous!!!
