Very good & nice.

Nice hotel.

The hotel is relatively simple and does not have many facilities. The location is convenient, with attractions and recreational facilities just opposite. Ten minutes walk to Niagara fall.

The environment is clean and hygienic, the location is very good, there are many restaurants around, the attitude of the service staff is good, not far from Niagara falls, I will stay again next time.

Closer to the waterfall, overall quite satisfied!

Just a heads up for those that don’t get there early enough you will have to park off premises for $15 (reasonably priced for Niagara). We had a room that was adjoining to people we didn’t know. Not sure if it was the room type but the walls were PAPER THIN. When I tell you we heard EVERYTHING, I am not exaggerating. Called front desk 3x in a span of 90mins but no response.

It's conveniently located near the heart of Niagara Falls, within walking distance to Clifton Hill. The hotel has been recently renovated, offering updated amenities, and the staff is very friendly. If you prefer onsite parking, be sure to call ahead to reserve a spot; otherwise, you may need to park offsite, about a 10-minute walk away. The offsite parking lots are clean, well-lit, and equipped with security cameras, though I didn't notice any onsite personnel. Overall, I would consider staying at this hotel again if given the chance.

The hotel was under construction for renovations but This was a nice property. Definitely worth the value of the room. We were able to see the American Falls very clearly from our room window. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Would definitely stay there again! Can't wait to see the finished hotel

This place never disappoints!! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and go out of their way to help you out. The rooms have been renovated and are super clean and comfortable.

This hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The parking was full so we had to park off site so that was an inconvenience. Also, the towels in the rooms are very small so that could be improved. Overall, a pretty good experience.

We have a good experience. The hotel has a great location and everything was really close, you can also walk to the Niagara Falls! So many restaurants and a lot of fun things to do with your family and kids!

Hotel is nice, but the elevators are super slow and overly crowded. Took almost 20 minutes before we could get on the elevator to go down to the hotel lobby

A little less on the cleanliness side. Room was warm AC wasn’t working properly. Overall good. Pool and jacuzzi was really nice.
