I was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.

The room was nice but the carpet in my room and the hallways was torn and worn. The breakfast was a little lacking - there was sausage patties but no waffles, pancakes, or biscuits to pair them with. The hotel was close to Clifton Hill which was very nice.

Staff are very efficient and prompt in arranging our needs for a crib and fridge for our room.
Convenience store just next door. Lundy lane a short walk away. Stay was great!

It's too old, a full scale renovation is a must! Smells terrible even with the crazily noisy AC on all the time.
