I give a thumbs up to the front desk team of Days Inn ~ The overall feeling is good [strong]. Whether it is the service attitude or the communication with the guests, they are warm and thoughtful. When the guests have needs, they solve the problems in a timely manner, making the guests feel at home and the satisfaction is very high.

A hotel with a fantastic view! I accomplished my Canadian bucket list. It was double the price because it was peak season, but it was a stay that I didn't regret spending money on.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none. I don't know how the 4-point rating was obtained. I must comment so that the friends who come after me can avoid it. The facilities are old, but if cleanliness can be rated negatively, I would rate it -100. My children coughed when they occupied the bed, and because it was too late, in order to avoid changing hotels, I could only let the children sleep with masks🤣🤣🤣
There were body hairs on the sheets and stains on the pillows

The hotel location is very good. Amusement park + many restaurants to choose from Walking distance to the waterfall is very convenient. On the way back, there may be some hills that can make your legs tired. Overall, it is considered good, good value, best value for money.

Room was good, clean and affordable.
We expected that we were supposed to be booked on Days inn(nearer on Niagara falls) not Days inn and suite. It was 2 different locations but the concierge didn't inform us or maybe the hotel details in the trip app is wrong.
Also, we originally booked a 1 bed queen room and we were given a 2 bed queen room.

The overall feeling was pretty good. I was upgraded to a twin room for free. Unfortunately, the toilet button was broken and the shower room could only use a shower head. The faucet below was broken. I wanted to put water in to soak my feet, but the plug in the bathtub wouldn't stop. Helpless to give up
