Stayed 1 night, good service, staff very friendly and makes you feel welcomed.

Breakfast, front desk, and rooms are all very good, but the last guest in the room may have smoked. The room smells like cigarettes, mainly from the toilet, but it's not a big problem. Although you can't see the waterfall, it's better than hotels around the waterfall. !

Very good hotel with good value for money. Breakfast delivered to the room is very considerate. The location is good, not far from the waterfall, so you can take a bath to relieve the fatigue of the day! It’s just that the hotel’s umbrella needs repairing. It’s turned around and doesn’t keep out the rain.

Very satisfied, the price is cheaper than the hotels I stayed in in the last 20 days, but the service is very good. The breakfast in bed made me very heart-warming. The room is also big and comfortable. Will come again next time.

Close to Niagara Falls, the room was spacious and large. Breakfast was delicious, and the bathroom was great. There are many things to play around

I loved this hotel for so many reasons!! I came to Niagara Falls for 1 night and was told to stay at one of the larger hotels closer to the falls but am so glad I didn't. Those hotels may be closer but are more crowded which is what I didn't want. Sterling Inn is a bit away from the crowds but still within walking distance so it was the best of both worlds in my opinion. I LOVED my room. It has a whirlpool tub and a fireplace and was comfortable and spacious which was much needed. The hotel also offers breakfast to your door which was a nice perk. The only downside is our rooms had some steps in it. This was a safety concern for my elderly father but luckily all went well.

This is a high-standard hotel. We only stayed for one night but could enjoy the quiet and comfortable hotel room. Both the bedding and bathroom are very clean. It's at least better quality than other hotels in the area. The price is also reasonable. The staff service is friendly, efficient and polite. It is worth staying again.

It’s a beautiful property in the middle of chaos. Clean, beautiful rooms and amazing staff! We were grateful to have this hidden gem.

This was a bit of a letdown. To be honest it was fine for the most part until I had the worst sleep due to their hyper sensitive motion detected lights that lit up every time I moved in bed. The main floor was noisy at night with this insane chirping noise all night. Breakfast was a joke, I was expecting a proper chef cooked egg of some sort, maybe an omelette (since it said on the menu could contain pork) but what we got was a hard boiled egg. What an insult. Parking was ridiculously overpriced at $18 when across the street is $10. You’d think they would give their customers a better deal steam shower was fine, would have been nice to have a hottub in a deluxe room but whatever. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels that have nicer free continental breakfasts. Do not recommend.

We had an excellent stay. We enjoyed the relaxing experience at the spa, the comfort of our room and the amazing dining experience at AG!

A special shout out to David who was amazing at checking us in but every staff member at Sterling deserves a raise or promotion. If you ever go to Niagra falls look no further. This was a fantastic experience. Everything about this inn is perfect. The hospitality, suggestions, the rooms, location and cleanliness are all beyond expectations. Sterling Inn is fabulous and you will enjoy your stay. Thank you for being such remarkable hosts. I look forward to seeing you in the future.
