#positive #I was happy with the Cleanliness of the Towels, Cleanliness of Public Areas, Public Area Decor, Bathroom, Safety; #negative #I was disappointed with the Service; I booked the wrong room and asked Ctrip to coordinate, but Ctrip said that this hotel does not allow them to call them. I went to the front desk to negotiate, and it was obvious that there were rooms available on the Internet, but the front desk staff was unable to refuse, and lied that "all the rooms are full". It feels like they are cheating customers. Will not live in the future.
