Location is good. Amenities is not available. The design of the toilet is off. My husband who is quite tall. Won’t be able to sit on the toilet properly as the leg room is extremely tight

Hygiene: rooms are kept in a comfortable and clean way, except there are some smell from the toilet, it may because they use sea water to flush the toilet
Location: walking distance to most of the major attractions (say 10-15 mins), 8 mins from station
Service: workers are eager to help, especially for storing the luggage
Facilities: earplugs are provided although the noise are acceptable, the traditional elevator is special, however, no provision of USB charging is a weakness

I was positively surprised when I arrived at the hotel: not only was is super centrally located but also offered great service and lovely rooms at a fantastic price!
The hotel located is about 3min away from the airport tram stop Jean Medécin, 2min from Place Massena and 4min from the old town.
My room was very clean and offered aircon/heating, fridge, haidryer, tv, kettle & complimentary. coffee/tea. The furniture and carpet looked well-maintained and the bed was very comfortable. I was warmly welcomed upon check-in by multilingual staff. I slept very well and can only but recommend this hotel!

Location is good, very close to restaurants, cafe, promenade. But there is night club nearby, and people start shouting at 4-5 am.
Room is ok, but bath is very small. No place to dry clothes. Noice isolation is very poor, I heard my neighbours clearly.

The location was great, close to the main spots but I dont think I would not book it again and I dont consider myself a fussy client. I dont know if all the rooms are the same but mine was very dated , the tap in the bathroom sink and the mirror were in very bad condition, they werent dirty, but very old and damaged. The carpet did look very dirty.
I requested a quiet room and I got a room on the first floor over looking a back alley which didnt get much sunlight. The room got very hot and the window was difficult to open. Anyway, I didnt feel comfortable leaving the window open.
The staff was helpful and friendly.

Receptionist Barbara was fantastic as I had my phone stolen during the day and arrived at the hotel upset. She immediately offered to contact someone for me and printed off a boarding pass for me straight away as it was on my phone that had been stolen. She also made sure my breakfast was gluten free fir ne and checked I was ok in the morning.
