A decent hotel to spend a few nights in Nice city center. Close to the train station. Decent breakfast. The single room is too small though.

Don’t stay at this hotel if you want to get some rest. There is a restaurant downstairs so people will be coming after midnight and talking loudly. You will be hearing cars throughout the night. In terms of cleanliness it was ok. The room was a bit small. Not the worst place to stay for the price. Just a bit loud.

The service was ok , although some of the receptionist did not speak very good English. We were given a very dirty and noisy room on the first night, the noise was coming from a what looked like two big air conditioning units just outside the window. Aftercomplaining we were moved to a much better room.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Rooftop bar was cool too.

Very nice place. Close to train station and tram station m. Extremely convenient.

Worth the price, facility is good, and overall it is pretty clean.

Traveling alone, the breakfast was very rich and the single room was next to the elevator, but my sleep was not affected.

I will mention juices and baked goods The observation deck on the roof functions as a restaurant - open to everyone. There are no ghosts for hotel guests. You can’t just go up to sit or use the pool without ordering anything.

This hotel is located in a good location in Nice, about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The breakfast is rich and the staff is very friendly. I will stay here again next time

Too small, too small, too small...but the location determines the price.
